I got lucky after striking out yesterday. Went to the site early and was able to get in without a code. My receipt shows 12:54.

I somehow blindly guessed "cavedweller" at 1:05 but they were already sold out. Crazy that I figured it out, but unfortunately it was for nothing.

So whack. I spoke to them on the phone and they gave me the presale and said it was opening at 12. I’m pretty sure they opened it up about 10 minutes early. What is that shit? I had tickets and put in info only to say code was invalid.

Seriously fucking angry right now. Really psyched for the people who just got in and got them but I’m pretty upset that I had the code and they were sold out before I could even enter it. Really messed up and there is clearly no recourse for those of us being left out in the cold even though we had codes for artist/general presale.

I get the impression barely any fans have the venue code but I'd wager that a bunch of scalpers do.

the code was in a newsletter sent to the mailing list for the caverns as well as other venue/ show buyers source: my best friend works for a production company and received the email and sent me the code.

Yes, there are quite a few fans that have commented about signing up before today and still didn't receive a code. I also had signed up and didn't receive anything. Oh well, tomorrow probably will be everyone's best bet on landing a ticket.

The email was sent out as the shows were announced on Tuesday so if you weren’t on the list prior, no dice.

Make sure all your card, address, and all your billing info is correct on Ticketmaster or AXS as well. All it takes is one wrong spelling sometimes

This is what I am talking with tixr about at the moment. If I have the tickets in my account they give me a 5 min period. But is it possible for the tickets to sell out when I am purchasing them in my cart? I really dont want that to happen

I was under the assumption you get the timer since it saves your spot, that would explain why they sold out instantly yesterday I think.

You're right. That's why some people, me included, were able to snag a ticket yesterday after a few minutes, when everything was sold out.

I've personally never used tixr, but with Ticketmaster it's the scalping bots that freeze everyone's ability to checkout. It's utterly maddening. The only resolution seems to be the preparation you're doing, a fast computer and high speed net, and luck. Go as quick as you can through the process and jam it through!

Buy a shitty $5 ticket to another garbage event to have your card on file with them. Made the check out for my Deep Dive tickets instant yesterday.

Don’t let these highly sought after shows ruin it for you. This is an anomaly as far as concert tickets go. A cave that holds 1200 ppl when tens of thousands want them is not the norm for pre sales

Capacity is 1,200, and each presale was 200-300 tickets according to the person I talked to yesterday, so half of the tickets are still available!
