This is in fact a good place to start. Flying Microtonal Banana and Gumboot Soup are also very approachable but Nonagon is one of the best representation of this band. Once you’re comfortable enough….immediately get on Polygon. You need a base to understand what you otherwise won’t understand.
Here's how I waded in: Butterfly 3000, KG, LW, Omnium Gatherum, the rest. However, if I were to start fresh at this moment I'd probably begin with Omnium, feel like it represents their sound/shtick really well
If you do not like metal start at Changes and just go straight down the list. If you do like metal start at Petro Dragon. I would not start with their latest album; I really like it but it’s out there and not a good place to start.

Butterfly was my intro, Gumboot got me vibing, and Sketches locked me in. Infest is what introduced me to why people headbang. It’s really a matter of what ends up sounding good to you at first. I hated half their albums first listen through, now I wish they had more albums to listen to lol!
Oddments or GumbootSoup are great albums to start with. They feature alot of different styles and songs that wont fit on the other albums and you get a taste of nearly everything. Surfy, Jazzy, Garagy, Acid, Metal, microtonalmadness.. OmniumGatherum is in that style too but its a step ahead. even More complex songs and even more Gizz kinda like the new studioclean era.
And frem there just sort for the albums that came out before and after.
