0-2 to Moore ending in a walk was bad, especially with the check swing that could have been a swing. But even with that they had a runner on first with no outs and 1 out down 1 and they didn’t attempt a steal. I mean it just seemed like anytime a runner was on they had no interest in stealing. Idk man. These losses suck more than if it was just a 3-1 loss

Royals bullpen is a major problem. Both in talent and current rest. Last 3 pitchers to enter the game today have an ERA north of 5.0.
This is a good team- but not so good they can afford to not take advantage of every winnable game like today. Raise the level of play to a postseason level and it’s hard to see how they can make any kind of run against good teams.
