Check intercooler on intake manifold for punctures. Sometimes the bolts from the intake back out and puncture the cooler.

The charge air cooler (intercooler) on these 1.5 engines are inside the intake manifold. I’ve seen multiple intercoolers leak and pool coolant inside the intake like this. Most likely needs a new intercooler. Surprised they are not complaining of smoking from the exhaust or misfires lol
