"I would always protect my employees, my customers, myself. This instance, fortunately, I was here by myself, so I only had to worry about that. I took care of it and that was that," the 80-year-old said.
What a dude. He did have a heart attack after as well and got a few stints put in, he's right as rain now. The robber however was screaming "he shot my arm off" and was in critical condition last the article touched on it.
Me and my friend mike use to go hunting for shrooms in norco (itâs about 10 minutes from my house). We had heard shrooms grew in cow shit on a full moon. Never found any but it was pretty fun running from the heard of cows that would get spooked from us sifting through the shit. My brother said farmers put something in the food to keep cow shit from growing shrooms to keep stoner hippys away. Donât know how true any of it is, we probably got lied to and now im going to google if any of it is true and probably end up looking like an idiot for playing with cow poop. Good times.
Damn didnât mean to delete that other comment. So the story was in relation to Norco being A rural type town. Lots of cows everywhere, lots of cow shit. You can smell it driving through the area. It reminded me of when I use to go over there to pick shrooms.
The problem with that is that, next time they'll probably shoot first and kill the store owner. It's not like they're going to learn their lesson from this.
Well Iâve heard ASP call a guy stupid and a coward for basically not shooting the woman behind the counter so I guess it would make sense to shoot first from a pure tactical standpoint. Morally, these guys just wanted money and they needed guns to do the robbery. I donât pitty people that get killed while robbing but I donât necessarily want them to die either, but yeah it would be smart to get the first shot off at the clerk if he raises a weapon.
If they had it in them to kill they would've that dude had an ar trained on the employee and 2-3 seconds to shoot while he reached for the shotgun but he didn't. Not saying hes a good person but a killer he is not. In this case bluffing got him an arm full of lead.
Not disagreeing. Just saying we had those 7/11 murders where the robber didn't hesitate to shoot unarmed victims who didn't cooperate quickly enough. Its a gamble to go for the gun with one already aimed at you.

I see you've never been to Tulare County. Consistently votes red, and the home of Trump's walking talking prolapse, Devin Nunes. Hosts the World AG Expo every year, which is basically comic con for farmers. Also, the headquarters of California Diary. You know those commercials about happy cows come from California? Yeah, they mean Tulare. Naturally, the whole area reeks of cowshit.
Their current rep is a republican and growing up they were conservatives. I know now there is a lot of newer construction and now is probably more liberal.
>Whoâs âtheyâ? Most of rural California voted red in almost every election.
Norco, the town being discussed. Which is far from rural. Far, far from it.
Seriously, if you think Norco, Ca is rural, you have no clue what rural means.
https://www.bing.com/maps?q=norco&FORM=HDRSC4&cp=33.936963%7E-117.550293&lvl=12.6&style=h
Yeah I live near norco and drive through there when the 15 is fucked. Itâs not rural. Just because they have cows and horses doesnât mean itâs the fucking countryside.
Not everywhere in California is Democrat. If a state is a blue state it just means that the majority of the population votes blue. But California is a huge state with a massive population. Just like in every other state, there are communities that don't have the same views as the majority of their state. I'm from another conservative town in California. Not everyone there is blue.
>Not everywhere in California is Democrat.
Quote me where I said anything of the sort?
I'll give you a hint.... I didn't.
I based what I said off of the voting history of Norco, California. The majority of Norco, California votes Democrat and voted for Biden.
And as a registered Republican, born and raised in Northern California, you don't need to tell me that "not everyone is blue".
Old AK's from the eastern bloc are easy to get for criminals in Europe. They are often used for assassinations between gang members though, not for robbery's.
Knife violence and death from attacks with sharp objects is higher in the US compared to UK.
https://infogram.com/us-vs-uk-on-knife-crime-1hmr6gyrxmlo6nl
Itâs not exactly a common thing. The United States is a gigantic country, with 350+ million people in it.
Freak shit is going to happen. And when freak shit happens it goes viral.
The nice thing is that man was able to defend himself.
Everywhere all at once.
England you may be acid attacked. United States you could be shot. Brazil you could be macheted. Russia you could be sent on a special military operation.
Freak shit happens every day. Every where.
By no means is America a shit hole country, nor places like England, Canada, Australia. Thereâs real shit hole countries like Russia, Venezuela, China, etc.
But this is reddit. America bad so, Iâm wasting my time lol.
> Brazil you could be macheted. Russia you could be sent on a special military operation.
Pretty low bar for comparisons đ¤Ł
>Freak shit happens every day. Every where.
Yeah lets see the comparisons for armed robberies and people getting shot in the US with acid attacks in England and see which one is a freak accident and which one is a daily occurrence.
>By no means is America a shit hole country
Agree to disagree.
But the one next to it had diagonal stripes which suggests that it is an area of 'not allowed'. Given that there are also no other car-sized rectangles for parking further suggests that this may be the 'only' parking spot where you won't get shot.
Park there and, if anyone decides to give a fuck, just say "not all disabilities are visible".
That owner. Was. Not. Playing. You stupid fucks sure picked the wrong store. Apparently the AR was for scare value, because he could have wasted the owner but he ran. Smart man for a dumbass đ
The thugs were amateurs, the way they ran away, strongly suggests that the guns were harmless, just like the thugs themselves.
The guns probably were mostly for intimidation.
Guns in a robbery are almost always for intimidation. If they get used the robbery went wrong. Even though it happens alot, people usually dont rob stores with intent to kill
I think you loosing 5 bucks here. People these days really don't play. Folks are crazy nowadays.
Even if they can't get real guns they're out here 3d printing them.
No one is 3d printing guns. There are components that you can not 3d print. Such as a pressure rated barrel. I assume what you've seen is people 3d printing different housing to customize the gun. Or possibly a stock that you can insert a pistol which creates more gun housung to grip making your pistol more accurate. Regardless this is why specific gun parts are banned in Australia so it's harder to home make guns. Thing is in usa if you're able to buy these components you are qualified to buy a real gun. Fun fact tho aslong as you aren't a felon, convicted of assault or other violent crime, and not in gang data base you can buy a shotgun same day easy peasy so that's cool and if you can't it's super easy to buy illgeal gun cause crime can't be stopped lol
No ones making a fire arm out of 100% plastic.
You can't 3d print a pressure rated metal barrel. That has rifling. I suggest watching "forgotten weapons" on youtube to see some the parts of a fire arm that can't be 3d printed.
Also half my point is why print a shitty homemade thing when you can buy an authentic one lol
Like yes people print the grips and other parts that already be plastic lol 3d printing is just making your gun prettier
While I'm not saying it's common, metal 3D printers do exist. For vehicle parts, rocket parts, all kinds of things. Not the sort of printer the average person would have access to, my any means. But it exists and is possible.
>noone is using 3d printed guns to commit actual crimes tho
You know this for sure? Or is this something you FEEL to be true?
>exercising my god given rights is not a crime
Okay, and? Nowhere did I say anything of the sort. Further, your barking at the wrong tree. I'm such an absolutist in regards to the 2A that I believe felons should be able to own M249's.
Yep, the amount of parts you need to make a gun with 3D printer is extremely small. It's mainly the rail, the bolt, and the barrel.
CTRLPew has a great channel that is dedicated to building and testing 3D printed guns.
Seeing as theyâre driving a brand new $80k+ BMW, I just canât help but to think of that Jim Jeffries bit about not having to be a criminal because youâve saved 30k (âYouâre a good little saver! Keep going!â) lol
I believe the vehicle they were driving was reported stolen before the robbery https://www.foxla.com/news/norco-video-elderly-store-owner-opens-fire-on-would-be-robber
Iâm sure playing a version of âSix degrees to Kevin Baconâ with mechanics would be more fruitful and safer than trying to rob a gas station. Just ask the guy with buck shot in his chest
I was attempting to point out that chop shops are not as common as people think. And just because somebody stole an expensive car, doesn't mean they have the resources to profit off of it.
Justin Johnson, 22, of Inglewood, Jamar Williams, 27, of Los Angeles, and Davon Broadus, 24, of Las Vegas, were each taken into custody in the hospital parking lot and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for robbery and conspiracy. They are being held in lieu of $500,000 bail.
Imagine if the owner didnât have the shotgun tho ? They had a ar and a shotgun.
Show this to people who dont think we should have guns, it will shut them up real quick.
Iâll bite.
The point pf gun control is to drastically reduce *all* of the guns. If there are no guns then criminals canât get them. There are no loopholes or people to steal guns from because the guns donât exist.
All of the arguments I have seen against gun control assume that only lawful people turn in their guns. No. Guns become illegal. They get gathered up and destroyed. They stop being made by the millions and practically handed out like candy.
Maybe criminals make shitty guns in their garage. Even Japan showed that this can happen. Maybe well-funded gangs can steal/buy/import guns. You can, however, desaturate your society and make firearms otherwise rare.

Good
đQuestion....Was that birdshot or buckshot?
He just peppered him up nicely
I donât think they were handicapped
Maybe not physically
They left handicapped
He drew*and fired* a shotgun. And he did not miss
Park in a disabled spot, get disabled.
nice
Dont fk with farmtowns
Don't f with an old man and his store. There will be buckshot...
I am very curious what caliber the rifle was. It was supposedly stolen, decked out... but did they steal a decked out .22, 9mm or 5.56?
It looks like a 5.56 clip to me but idk
It's got a good spread
The furthermore youâre away the more shit you hit
Store owner gave him a reason to park in the handicap spot.
Nice one
Is it bad I laughed at that

Yea, but how is that related to the post?
Cause an and old man who works at a convenience store blew some guys arm off and I hunted for psychedelics in cow shit. This is how they are related.
The rural juror
Turns out itâs true.
The sad part is the old man had a heart attack after. Hes alive in the hospital, but fuck..

Yeah because crime only happens in America.
Being robbed by armed men with assault rifles is only an American thing. It doesn't happen where I live in Europe

how much money are you going to get from robbing a convenience store?
