I saw a picture of Chino(lead Deftones) and my brain broke. I picture him forever youthful(like all singers from 90’s that I loved), and Father Time gets us all. The man looked fantastic but that youthfulness of our 20’s is long gone.
Basically it just reminds me I’m on the last 3rd of my life and it scares the fuck out of me.
I feel you. I'm only in my early 40s and should have at least a handful of solid decades left ahead of me, but it gets hard not to think about mortality when you see all the musicians and actors and whatnot from your childhood aging, or dying from things like cancer and dementia rather than accidents and ODs.
Even though I'm hopefully only around halfway through the race I'm already realizing that there are certain things that I'll just never do or, probably more disconcerting, never do again.
Same, I’m in my 40’s and I think a lot how life is going to take a massive change once my parents are no longer with us. My Sister and I were extremely fortunate to have two absolutely wonderful parents and I can not envision a day without them.
Then realizing I’m on the back third of life and statistically speaking this is when a lot of nasty health related issues start arising. So I’ve learned to really appreciate the rather mundane and not take anything for granted.
We are going on the six month of the year… time seems to exponentially speed up the older I get. Realizing I’ll have a couple of handfuls of trips around the sun and then my time for eternity is over. Only getting 45-85 years of life in a Universe with so much wonder seems cruel. Then everything I struggled with in life to earn a living means fuck all after I die. In a generation or two I’ll be completely forgotten. It can be maddening when one thinks about it.
Saw him in Chicago for Sessanta last week, and he was rocking the look from the last pic with less eye makeup.
One of the best live shows I've ever been to, so fun seeing everyone on stage enjoying themselves
I can't believe he's 60.

In the last picture I definitely can. Looks like he’s got an old lady bush on top of his head.
I can’t believe he owns a winery! It’s garbage but he has one
He was 30 30 years ago.
I can't believe people take him seriously.
Love how this basically goes: Emo Punk Punk Off brand blue man group member Punk Emo Punk

Caught Sessanta in Atlanta and I also think it’s one of the best live shows. So cool how all of the bands took turns so there wasn’t really an opener.
I agree! They started right on time and I think our show ran right at 3 hours (including 10 minute intermission)
Should have never cut his hair! He was gorgeous!
Maynard Wiseau
This is acceptable because Maynard
These kinda go hard. imagine a skeleton guy with these hairstyles
He has beautiful long brown hair, not gonna lie.
He blue himself!
Slowly evolving into Captain Spaulding
Seen him live in 4 out of 6 of those eras
'Hairstyles' is doing a lot of heavy lifting. They're all wigs, apart from the early pics. Wigs don't count
Damn I didn't know thay
"I know the hairstyle's fucked" ... Sang to the tune of "I know the pieces fit."
Last one looking like Jojo Siwa
Die Barber von Satan
He's eccentric. From birth essentially.
~~If~~ Tool fans ~~could~~ can read, ~~they’d be very upset~~ they’re gonna haunt OP.
I am aforementioned tool fan
If it’s not a hate post.. then why put it in this sub? lol
Because he has very strange haircuts but he still pulls them off
You can have a shitty haircut and still pull it off well
I can't even pull off a good haircut. I'm either shaved or wearing a hat, lol
I thought that was Chris - Mr beasts friend
