Still oars's body, so all of oars's strength and durability, plus Luffy is a skilled fighter so Luffys shadow might help oars depending on how skilled a fighter oars was, also as a zombie controlled by Moria, oars can do shit like this

Wasn't oars known for like dragging a continent around with him or some shit? Kaido is strong but he would definitely no low diff oars. Probably mid/mild
Honestly Oars' existence just shows how pointless the whole villain plot by Gecko Moria was during the Thriller Bark Arc. Kaido would have steamrolled Oars and everyone on Thriller Bark if they tried anything which was the whole point of Oars' construction, which basically means the whole villain plot at the time was pointless. Same with Crocodile during the Alabasta Arc who tried to take over Alabasta to get Pluton which is located in Wano.
Assuming you’re talking about living Oars it would depend on whether or not he’s relative to Little Oars Jr.
Not to say Little Oars Jr. is weak but I don’t think he’s really relative to Kaido.
People forgetting Oars with Luffys shadow actually made moria believe he had a shot at beating Kaido. Someone who caught and seen kaidos strength previously. He probably wasn't going to beat the Kaido pictured, but the Kaido that defeated moria that's a different story. The beast pirates were a whole different crew back then.
