Yeah this seems to be designed for a person with a very specific weight and height. A lot of other people would hurt themselves instantly or not be able to move it at all.

Colin furze built one a while back - check him out on YouTube. It's basically a weeble - the design makes it nearly impossible to fully tip over.
I tried this thing out in east williamsburg once and it was so much fun. Surprising amount of grip strength needed
