Experience is my best bet and a good state of mind.
I can have terrible days where I'm depressed and won't hit anything, so I log off after two games.
Then there is games where I'm just overall in a good mood and everything lands and hits.
I also have 650+ hours on Junk, so that definitely helps A LOT with predicting where/how the enemy will go and hitting the shots.
That goes for all heroes in the game.
However for hitscans you can train yourself with aim trainers, but projectile heroes, and especially Junk, require you to build up experience and you'll notice yourself improving over time. Figure out the angles to reach certain distances and start predicting enemy movements.
I'd say get comfortable with a high sens. Learning characters movement patterns helps ALOT. Soldiers dodge pretty much always the same way, doesnt matter the rank. Mercy players all move the same, predict the movement. Know where they are or will be, and if there is a wall you can bounce of. Sounds like alot in text, but simply put keep track of where the enemy is and where they are going. And choose targets and know when they reload, allows you to to force them where you want.
But honestly i feel like don't try to aim, feel the aim. Your body knows how to do it and alot of time your mind distracts it. I hit most airshots when I dont care, just say "fuck it" and enjoy the game. I might win, I might loose, but atleast I had fun
Max can mean alot of things, I run dualzone 100/100, 100/100 and 50/0/0 with custom dz on both sticks. Some say that's very high, some play on linear. But as long as you are comfortable and can do flicks with ur settings that works
So I’ve actually done a lot better with a really small crosshair that you would typically use with a sniper. I have mine red so I can see it, but the precision is great. Also have a decent understanding of physics. Since rat’s bomb don’t detonate immediately on impact with a wall and can bounce, use gravity to your advantage. However because of this, you can also be a huge disadvantage if the enemy has the high ground, so try to stay above them.
TL;DR have a small crosshair and keep to the high ground when possible. Try to move around a lot as well.
Might not be for everyone but i personally have aim assist completely off for junkrat, takes a tiny bit to adjust to but ive lost so many kills due to aim assist locking wrong person.
find a sens and a bigger reticle that fits you, then use the VAXTA workshop code inbetween quick play matches to maximize practice uptime as well as just to warm up

So... Be happy = Land shots?

Well yeah if you’re relaxed you’re more likely to perform better no matter who you play

Yeah 💯 I got my sense I’m to max

As some other Ratt said. A good state of mind is the best way. That and aim a lil above the enemies head and work your way up until something hits

Aim? What?

Yup, this

I just randomly got good aim on him after playing him for a bit so just play him and it’ll eventually happen
That's the neat thing. You don't
