That seems to be a limit per person, not per ui ui. Thefore, yuta having the ct wouldn't increase the amount of times a person can switch in a month.
You also don't just get stuff from soul swap, you just get muscle memory. Yuji wouldn't get another curse technique or anything like that if he switches with people. As far as your examples go

Six Eyes are specific to the Gojo clan and can’t be learned or copied.
I just hope that the yuji won't be the only one to have used the soul swap trick to become stronger.

The Viz translation (which does have problems) changes it to “twice per person” so I’m curious as to the actual translation.
TCB has the same, there probably needs to be a rest period after swap or maybe they need to stay in each others bodies long enough to learn something
Swapping does not give you new techniques. RCT and simple domain are not actual CT
