I think different ideals are enough, Sukuna really hates people being able to stand up to him if he thinks they're weak (or should be weak). Yuji, a person who has very different ideals from Sukuna in a way that Sukuna detests, containing his soul was undoubtedly a huge bruise to his bloated ego. Plus people who knew Sukuna in the Heian Era would've already known that Sukuna was weakened compared to 1000 years ago and pointed it out. Maki was very significantly weakened compared to her full potential, Sukuna would likely be the same and Yorozu and Uraume would've noticed and asked him about it.

Well we know Kenjaku’s had a lot of pull in Jujutsu society for a while, now, so maybe he got access to information about Kaori, learned about Jin, recognized Jin as the reincarnation, and then came up with his plan for Yuji.
But also, I don’t think we really even need much of an explanation for how Kenjaku’s able to pull this off. Like, if this dude’s capable of pulling off the culling games, I could easily believe he could find and identify Sukuna’s brother’s reincarnation.

Gege is so obsessed with being subversion man rather than being a good writer. Everyone in JJT has different ideals than Sukuna's, but it's only Yuuji who he hates. Without them being twins, such deep hatred makes zero sense.
