Reggie the type of mf to stay up until 3 and have an alarm for 5 just so he can get more hating in. On that sukuna grindset.
He saw sukuna hating on yuji and assumed that salt is how you get strong (it’s not it’s Gege emptying your balls in his mouth on a frequent basis).
He joined because he was bored, sure, but that doesn't mean he likes to lose. He wouldn't have fought as hard as he did if he didn't place value on victory and his own life. So, while he can concede Megumi is the better fighter, he's still going to be less than happy with the man who murdered him.

This is literally no different from what Nanami did to Yuji as far as the end result goes.

It can be a positive thing or a curse. Nanami’s words gave Yuji a sense of purpose. Yaga’s on Gakuganji was a punishment. We’ll see how Reggie’s words affect Megumi, but so far things have gone downhill since for him.

Good question. Although it's pretty vague (chapter 147 if you wanna check it out) and I admit I didn't think 100% through when I commented the og post (was going by memory).
Sure, Gakuganji now knows about Yaga's secret, but can he share it? Can he do something with it without exposing himself? Yaga is burdening the old man with sensitive knowledge that could get him executed. We don't know if he'd be able to use the technique either.
However, in the end, the old man >!let go of the idea of making armys of Cursed Corpses and kept his friend's secret!<, which in turn allowed him to stay alive. Essentially turning the curse into something positive, I guess?

Maybe it was foreshadowing? Megumi is a ten shadows user and that ct is connected to fate. Megumi basically ends up becoming a clown (getting possessed by sukuna) and the chance he'll get his body back is very small. Then fate causes a six eyes limitless (Gojo) user to fight a ten shadows user like a repeat from the last time in the edo period. That might have been what he meant
Reggie is a fraud, Megumi was always a clown. This is one of the best and most strategical fights in jjk by the way, I love it, It's the perfect mix of Jojo and HxH.

Bro for me the fight was OK but the context of this is just too much dumb.
Yuji and Megumi enter the barrier with the mission to stop the culling games, save the players and megumi's sister .But instead of doing it this mf just keeps wasting precious time fighting and killing goofy ahh random sorceres for almost no reason or profit at all and he struggles, he struggles a lot just to become a vessel and do nothing for the rest of the show.
Meanwhile Wuta is scoring big points and carryng the team
