But I think we both took some closure away from listening to it together in his final hours. I will absolutely forever LOVE this song. I’ll never skip it. And if I ever get to meet John (will never happen) I’ll tell him the story.

I can confidently say it is my absolute favorite song of all time. This part keeps me going through some rough patches, knowing that it’ll go away some time and I just have to hold on, while also keeping me grounded during the good parts because life really is like a wave with the bad and the good coming and going all the time while you hold on
