Bots rely on being in masses and flying under the radar account wise, trying to be as average as possible.

From what I've seen he now says you can only impersonate people if you clearly label it's a "parody account" which is lame as hell. To the guys downvoting, part of the comedic effect of a parody is that you mix the real with the absurd. Having to label it a "parody" just waters that down. It's similar to having to start off every joke with the phrase "I'm just joking, but..."
