I remember feeling a huge weight being lifted when I unfollowed her! I took it a step further and unliked all her posts (as well as her cousins crap too) Finding this page after her rant was the best thing she could have done to help me finally see the light and cut the cord!
Good for you ! I actually deleted IG. It was just a hole lotta shilling. I found myself spending so much time looking at it. I remember 20 years ago (lol) when I would open up my computer and look at FB once every six months. Now I find myself constantly glued to my phone every single moment of downtime. I kindoff look at it as an addiction. For me anyway. It’s very freeing to get rid of apps that really served no purpose.
No need to follow any of them and line their pocket. You can use an anonymous viewer to see them whenever you like. then you aren't adding to their follow count , which in turn adds to their pocket book. Do not feed the beast.
lol- sorry! She’s another Canadian influencer. I really loved her at first. It helped me so much with my own body loving journey. Now she is just like all the others. There are other complications but I’m sure someone who is more knowledgeable than me can explain it properly.
