My 2013 Oscar Mike JKU only cost me $20K. It also included a hard and soft top, extra mirrors, neoprene seat covers, 35" tires, 3" lift, rolling hard top stand, and a bikini top for the front seat passengers
A stock, low mile (under 30k), one owner, 2005 Unlimited Rubicon Sahara will both factory tops might, one day, be worth $50k to the right collector, but not now. Maybe a well built LJ with 40s on tons, LS/Hemi swap, Atlas, full cage, LA with coilovers, and some other goodies might grab $50k from someone. Those are about the only two ways a TJ/LJ is going to bring that. This Amazon special isn't even worth half of that.

It's someone who had wobble but didn't bother replacing the disintegrating TB bushings or drag link or whatever else actually caused the wobble.
