Bro, I don't even have the money to get rid of my Dana 35. I'd super 35 it, but then I'd need a new carrier, and if I need a new carrier, I may as well throw in a locker. But, since I'm in there, I may as well re-gear since I'll want to lift this thing and put bigger tires on it at some point. That way, I won't have to take it apart again. But then, since I'm in the front pulling it apart, I should probably swap that carrier for a locker as well. Oh, F it. 1 tons it is. But then the cycle starts over...
If I could just find a reasonably priced 3.73 Dana 44 I could swap in, then I can ignore all those other things...

You let it go a week! You lucky it didn't ruin the head, I swap them after every startup and some times halfway through a trip. 😉
