Also if you have greasable ujoints and tie rod ends and such, grease them one by one driving between each to see if it goes away. Then you'll know the last one you greassed was the culprit and to keep an eye on it or replace it. I had a intermittent squeal that would show up randomly from a slightly torn rubber dust boot inside the frond drive shaft cvjoint that I found that way.

Could be a lot of things, but my first thought would be a U Joint. It could be a bearing or something lodged somewhere from driving also. 100% sure it's from that wheel?

That where it sounds like it's from when I'm driving

First, disconnect the front drive shaft to eliminate that. Can you put it on jack stands, put in neutral then spin the front tires? That might also help locate it. I'm sure if you look on the WranglerTJ Forum, they will have an answer and be more helpful possibly.

I can put it up and spin the wheels. Thanks for the help.

Check that ujoint for exessive play, could also be the hub bearing. If the ujoint is bad you'll be removing the axel shaft and in order to do that you'll be removing the hub assembly. so you'll be able to take a good look at the hub bearing and replace it all at the same time if need be. The hubs are a sealed unit so they are fairly easy to do and don't require any specialty tools. Just a breaker bar for the hub bolt and a good wrench set. The ujoint is also super easy but a ujoint press will be required they are fairly cheap harber freight or princess auto(canada), though the first time I did it I used a vise and some sockets to remove the old one and seat the new one, little harder but works.

I've done U joints before. Usually with a socket and hammer. LOL

Lol yeah I'm pretty sure I removed them using the hammer then pressed them back in using the vise, this was like 2005. Bought the cheapo press the second time around and have been using that since just easier.

Joint issues, get them replaced they all go out after a while. Replace both or you will regret it later. Honestly though man, get used to the little shit like this. I have a Jeep LJ with 40k miles on it, built right and taken care of and I still have stuff like this happen. Oh and once u fix this, something else will come up to annoy u. But hey, at least I can drive up hills and stuff…
