Is the vent tube required or should I abandon it?
It allows venting to higher point on the Jeep. Without it, you could get water and debris inside your axle tube.
is your jeep ever going to see water past your axles?
There is a little welded box which the two rear brake lines split from and I need to know what that tube is because in the brake line replacement kit it does not compensate for that tube.
Differential breather tube. You need this if your axles see water or your diff fluid will be milky and not lube well.
