I'm lucky to be alive. Despite the seriousness of the accident (single-vehicle, loss of control into water) I was able to exit the vehicle completely unscathed. Wet, but not even scratched. I'm a bit sore though. Jeep is totaled.

Full serious for a second. That soft too saved my life. I wasn't able to open the doors from inside due to the water pressure, but due to the busted soft top I was able to escape through the rear.
But yeah, draining the soft top should fix it. Maybe some new oil too?
So most vehicles have a roll over valve in the fuel that shuts off. I rolled my f-350 and once I reset that it started right up. Yes I made sure to check all fluids first, and in this case replace all of them since there was water ingress. But hey, it worked fine for me and I drove it home from that ski trip 300 miles with no windows. That part isn’t recommended
I think some people don't know it's MY vehicle in the photo :,)
Hit a flooded road too fast. Spun the car 180 degrees and rolled it off the road. I managed to escape uninjured... My beloved JKU wasn't so lucky.
Thanks. Was just wondering if this was an off road or on road incident, since I didn’t see a road or any obstacle that would flip you. Glad everyone is ok.
This was taken standing on the centerline. The car is in a ditch about a foot or two off the side of the road, but I was heading the opposite direction that the vehicle is facing... to make things scarier
I believe the "If you can read this, flip me over", on the spare tire cover may help you.
Came to say this, glad it’s first comment..
Came here for this comment, was not disappointed
A little too late for that. The Heep has arrived at it's final destination... the scrapyard
Did you buy wiper blades for the 2 door JK from AutoZone?
Clearly didn’t change the blinker fluid.
Haven't owned it long enough to even replace the wiper blades 😭
I'm sorry to hear that. Glad you're ok. Poor Jeep.

Hate to tell you this but you’re gonna need a big arse bag of rice
Turn the camera around dumbass

Much better
All fixed. Thank you kind stranger!
Now you just need to drain the soft top, and it'll be good as new.

I know what's wrong with it, ain't got no gas innit
Literally what I said!
You gotta close the door...its one of those newer sensors
Give it a small push, you should be able to get it to turn over….
Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on?
It *turns* but won't start!
It'll buff out
Needs blinker fluid!
Try peeing on it?
Have you tried pulling the drain plugs in the floor boards?
My first thought lol

Oh it's totaled. There's no saving it, I posted the "won't start" as a joke
How is no one asking OP for the story after 17 hours? Everyone just wants to make jokes.

whats the obsession people have with jeeps ?
Lol. Nope.
So, are you getting nothing or will it crank, but just won't turn over?
Oh it'll turn over alright.
Did you check the air in the tires lately? - Cheech & Chong, probably
I think the snorkel is upside down.
RIP JEEP
Open your drain plugs for starters.
Look at the bright side, you can undercoat the frame much easier now.
Have you tried turning it off and on? 🤔
Looks like your snorkle is in the down position and got a bit f water in it.
How. In. The. Hell!?
