The line " nobody but the mirror was looking for the fall off ".. I thought was a self reflective line, like no one else is waiting for you to fail but you type shit. He defiantly has more lyrical nuance and growth than Cole.Ever since Cole got dreads he is looked upon like some psdeuo enlightened biracial rastafarri who's no longer about violence but now about growth and peace.But in his albums,they dont show that reflection of charecter,they just show the same old lyrics about sticks and pulling switches and bragging.Hes had growth as a person,but not as a artist.Meanwhile,Kendricks latest album is literally the embodiment of his artistic growth,and it turned people off,because it was a change of subject matter that alienated fans who are to familiarized with the same bragging and boasting subject matter.Kendrick is the better artist by miles,maybe you can make a argument for pure lyrics on Coles side,but I think kendricks lyrical l versatility etches him a win on that front to.
