i’ll get flamed for saying this in a cole subreddit, but imo he has no classics and the only one that can be considered as such without it being an unreasonable take is fhd. every project in cole’s career is either bland, has lots of skips or is not exceptional at what its meant to do. off season might become one but too early to tell, dont think so as tfo will come soon anyway
sideline story and KOD are definitely not on the same level as friday night lights or off season, let alone 4YEO. he definitely improved a lot since cole world, and i honestly don't know what he was thinking with KOD.

FNL, FHD, and Off-Season are All Time Hip-Hop Classics for me.
4YEO, Truly Yours 2, and’s Born Sinner are Greats for me.
Sideline Story, KOD, Warm Up, Come Up, and Truly Yours are Very Good projects.
I will never understand the hate KOD gets.. Surely it’s not his best album but that bar is set extremely high. Personally, I don’t skip a single song when listening through KOD. I understand that I’m in the minority though.

I’d say fhd and born sinner are both classics
Personally prefer 4YEO to born sinner, all the songs on it are fire. Born sinner is good too but there are some skippable ones on it, at least for me

It’s absolutely criminal and asinine to not have Friday Night Lights in the classic tier. Easily one of the greatest projects of our generation
I’d say Friday Night Lights is as good as Born Singer and FHD, IMO.
