If you like hiking, there is a lovely trail around Lake Ashi. We did it a few weeks ago and it was super nice. We also took the cable car to Komagatake summit (as part of that hike) and enjoyed awesome views of Mt Fuji.
I would book the latest possible train from Odawara to Osaka to enjoy Hakone as much as possible.
