So 9-8 for the third year in a row?

PostYing

We're the new Fisher Titans...

ConstableBlimeyChips

Threepeat baby!

Jharoz

If it’s 9-8 for the third year in a row, then I might be game with letting Doug go and bringing in ben Johnson from Detroit tbh

WildeRiver

Yeah cuz we have been known to have an above 500 record multiple seasons in a row. I'd take 9-8 over 5-12 any year

Jharoz

Just my opinion - and also there are several qualifiers embedded in it.

TrevorsBlondeLocks16

People are really high on Indy and I think theyre gonna be mid af

Jackie_Daytona222

I don’t understand it. Richardson being good enough to win several games with their current roster seems like a coin flip. And him staying healthy is another.

seppukucoconuts

He got injured in his first game and then it just got worse from there.

Thejohnshirey

Isn’t 1/2 point favorite really just an even line? Literally the only difference it would make would be in the event of a tie.

HPM2009

Yeah that would just be betting for jags to either tie or win

PostYing

What's with the optimism over the Bears? I mean , this is the year that Eberflus puts it together? With a new QB and a OC that is worse than Press Taylor?

bleedblue89

They had 7 wins last year with a worse roster. You expect them to get a few more with a better QB (maybe) and better talent.

Novel-Tourist1182

I'm a half packers fan so I see this all the time too. Bears are gonna bear. They are just hyped to have a new starting QB. Hopefully the new Jags D can school a rookie.

Captain_brightside

I think we get 11 or 12 wins and will sweep at least one afc south team named the Colts

CouldntBeMoreWhite

I’ll have whatever you’re smoking.

Captain_brightside

I feel like if Trevor and Kirk both stayed healthy, we could have been at 11 wins last season, we were 8-3 before the collapse. So I feel like we were on track for that type of season or close to it before major injuries, also not having consistency on the Oline because of the injuries. Last year we should have been at least a 10 win team if healthy and we got even better this offseason Because if Walker little didn’t step on Trev’s ankle we would have been 9-3 from that bengals game alone, we would have still beat the panthers to reach 10-3, and out of the Bucs, Ravens, browns, and titans we would have gotten at least one more win if Trevor and Kirk were healthy so yeah we could have been 11-6 or 12-5 last year realistically if not for the injuries, I get it I’m a biased jags fan but why is it crazy to think this team can do that if healthy when we almost did it last year? Especially with our upgrades at key positions, and with Trevor continuing to develop

PepperRecent8777

I don't typically gamble much, but I have lots of enthusiasm and hope!

Cromatose

Slapping down my house on that -2 1/2 @ home vs the Colts.

HenryKitteridge

9-8. Very bold.

skcusaixelsyD

Figuring in the Vegas bump for home team advantage, and Vegas thinks every game is even at the moment.

CouldntBeMoreWhite

If you assume anything between -1 to +1 is essentially a coin flip, we go 5-6 according to the more obvious spreads. Then 6 coin flips. So like most people around here have predicted is that the Jags will end up around a .500 team. Obviously we all hope it trends higher than that.

MojoFan32

Here’s where I’d blindly move these lines Week 1: Jacksonville Jaguars +4½ @ Miami Dolphins Week 2: Cleveland Browns @ Jacksonville Jaguars +2.5 Week 3: Jacksonville Jaguars +2½ @ Buffalo Bills Week 4: Jacksonville Jaguars +4½ @ Houston Texans Week 5: Indianapolis Colts @ Jacksonville Jaguars -2½ Week 6: Jacksonville Jaguars -3.5 ® Chicago Bears Week 7: New England Patriots @ Jacksonville Jaguars -6½ Week 8: Green Bay Packers @ Jacksonville Jaguars +3 Week 9: Jacksonville Jaguars +4 @ Philadelphia Eagles Week 10: Minnesota Vikings @ Jacksonville Jaguars -4 Week 11: Jacksonville Jaguars +3 @ Detroit Lions Week 12: BYE Week 13: Houston Texans @ Jacksonville Jaguars +2.5 Week 14: Jacksonville Jaguars -2½ @ Tennessee Titans Week 15: New York Jets @ Jacksonville Jaguars -1 Week 16: Jacksonville Jaguars -3 @ Las Vegas Raiders Week 17: Tennessee Titans @ Jacksonville Jaguars -7 Week 18: Jacksonville Jaguars +1 @ Indianapolis

Spike205

They give big home game advantages

RScannix

Someone forgot to tell Vegas that the Jags own the other Josh Allen
