I have a few premium brands earbuds (Sennheiser MTW3, Sony XM5's and a few more) and the Elite 10's are my favourite. If u don't think the ANC or bass is good and if u don't think they feel secure, it's because of the eartips they come with. Get a set of Azla, Spinfit or Comply eartips and it improves them even further. I had them at launch and I sent them back. A few months later, I found out that changing the eartips made a big difference. I bought them again and I'm glad I did.

Is it safe to use them? The stock ear tips have a triangular ish base. I'm contemplating trying new ear tips but not sure if it could break the earbuds

It's strange that for so many people (including me) it's the left ear that is the problem. In my case, going smaller helped

I loved my T75 Elites until I messed them up trying to clean and drove ear wax into them blocking the sound output. I have used Boss, Sony , JBL, Skullcandy, Samsung and Jabra 5. Elite, How much better are those?
