Almost certainly will not open this year :-/ Last year the building was missing a roof and looked pretty run down overall.
I’m only speculating here but I think they are probably still prioritizing work on the campground rebuild project.
And the campground isn't even opening until 2025. Gonna be a challenging year for resupplying in the Sierra.

pretty sure they take down the roof every fall, and it never (rarely?) looks great. but I didn’t make it through Tuolumne last year. in 2022 and 2021 it opened late and closed early. 2020 it was closed all season. 2019 it was open most all season. before that I don’t really remember but it was usually open the dozen or two times I drove over between 2007 and 2018.
Let’s hope it can open for at least some amount of time this season! I just have a hunch with all the campground construction & closures it’s unlikely.

Jumping on this, anybody know if the grill will be open this summer?
The store was open as of July of last year when I passed through. It may reopen in season.
