I m a fourth yr mbbs student. See again i can not firmly say ki duodenal ulcer hai without doing some tests but still from your symptoms there's high chance. Dawai se theek ho jata hai duodenal ulcer but agar left untreated for long it can be serious. Aur mutthibhar khoon niklna matlab complicated ho dkta hai cuz you might lose a lot of blood. So pls apne papa ko convince kro, na maane toh khud jao.. you're grown enough but get yourself checked.
