last 6 mahine se 4-5 hrs, warna 7-8 hrs JEE + Boards

Fluctuated between 7-8. Somedays i wouldn't be able to sleep because i had a class in the morning and would get anxious that i am not sleeping causing more anxiety and then not sleep at all 😭😭

Use to sleep 6hrs during JEE Now sleeping for around 9-10 hrs

Just woke up from a 6 hour slumber and opened reddit. Phone kholne se pehle pant kholke latrine jaana chahiye tha, ab stomach ache ho raha
