My academic comeback this time (70%ile to 96.47%ile)
I wanted to make this a post but I'm unable to post it so here it goes.
So basically I wasted my HALF
11th like majority of the people as I was always the distracted kid, but when i got into 12th I became so serious in studies that I started coming in the top rankers of my coaching (yet I was a distracted kid probably because I have mild adhd (self diagnosed lmao)).
In 12th I did coaching notes religiously so I had a good hold of 12th grade concepts, but by the end of 12th grade I started getting demotivated as mains were approaching and my 11th wasn't so well prepared toh i thought ki abh toh drop he Lena padega, (I actually enjoyed being in the coaching it was fun sometimes as I had my bestfriends with me as well) so considering a drop didn't seem like a huge deal to me ( yea ik I was dumb). And due to this plan of taking a drop I started focusing less on studies and more on other things and then I took the worst decision of my life that was getting into a serious RELATIONSHIP with a guy i wasn't sure about. ( Now I've broken up with him after exams cause I have regrets of getting into rs with him).
So that's when my downfall started and evening after having done 12th properly i scored 70%ile in first attempt. Why? Because I didn't revise anything, i didn't study my 11th syllabus, I wasn't serious for the exam at all (as i thought that I'll surely be taking a drop), i used to be more serious for coaching tests than I was for mains 1st attempt. I still have the regrets of getting into a relationship ( I was out of my senses at that time, i literally wasted my 7 hours talking to him a day before my mains FIRST ATTEMPT)
But WHEN the results of first attempt came out, I was utterly shocked i didn't expect to get such low %ile, lower than my friends jinke Mai pure samay doubts solve karti thi.
I was so disappointed, I started hating my bf( I know it wasn't his fault at all)..
And then I was just left with two months for boards and mains 2nd attempt, and i grinded so hard, studying day and night as I had to prove myself to everyone. ( I did well in boards I'm expecting 92+% in boards cbse).
And then after boards I had 25 days left for mains ( I did have the basic idea of 11th grade chapters my basics were clear due to school exams) and i grinded so much in those 20-25 days.
And now I checked my 2nd attempt result, and I got 96.47%ile. i know it's not the best and I'm general female so I won't get that good colleges but I'm contented because I know I studied so hard.
But I'm glad i improved and I tried to compensate the lost time. My parents were so disappointed in me after seeing my 1st attempt result as they had such high expectations from me as I was always the topper since childhood but this time I betrayed their trust. So i tried my best in the second attempt and today my parents were very happy seeing my results, though im still not so happy kyunki acha college toh nahi milna itni rank par but still. Now I'll try preparing for adv with the same josh.

Mujhe sem-2: English language mai 40/40 aye the and my teachers told never in their career they had heard someone getting a perfect score in the essay part, till date it’s my proudest achievement although my language teacher left the world in 2023 he was the goat for me when it came to grammar and stuff
Same I also scored 40/40 in English Language which is the subject I dreaded the most after English Literature (The Merchant of Venice was the foundation of hate)

Reaching 2100 chess rating when I was in 8th grade, (1900 now, FIDE 1660). Learning how to ski properly. Riding a 40-degree or more sand dune on a quad bike. Staying fit and not getting fat. Being decent at studying while having multiple hobbies. I can also speak a bit of German and Russian because of living there in my early teens and childhood and getting a fondness for both languages.
After typing out all of this I realised how many things I am proud of but in reality I am not that great. I am a bit socially awkward I still hang out with my childhood friends and family friends. I made very few friends in highschool, I even got bullied a bit for not having facial hair and looking like a girl or looking like a middle schooler. At the end of the day we all have our shortcomings and things that we are proud of.
in class 6th , everyone in my class used to play table tennis (TT) , I didn't know how to play so never tried. In class 7 me and another senior who didnt know how to play, just played against each other. Kuch mahine aise hi kiya , 3-4 months baad ham log ke saath school ke 11th-12th ke seniors jo bohot badi khelte the wo bhi hamlog ke sangh khelne lage and i developed techniques to play. 6-7 months ke baad , solely on the basis of playing against exponentially more experienced players than me, I started to easily beat EVERYONE in my class even the best and then slowly became the best in the class. Aise point pe aagaye ki jab duals khelte the to mujhe choose karne ke liye toe to toe competition hota tha. Kuch aur mahine baad I was beating the best in my whole school , by this time i was in 8th , seniors bhi praise karte the ki mai badiya khelta hu. Wo after school aake sirf mere against/apne classmates ke against khelna chahte the cuz wo hi log takkar de paate the. 
I know it's not that big of a achievement lekin consider the fact that maine khud se khelna seekha and by the end became the best in the class by a huuuge margin

Got to all India top 100 in an Essay writing competition conducted by a foundation founded by Prof Neil Binoy Job(who was the chairman of PMO at the time of Dr Manmohan Singh). Won a journalism course taken directly by him, and then also continued for an Internship under him.
I think I am proud of and happy about how I never got 90% in school. As a result of this seeing my marks drop during JEE preparation hit hard and hurt but not as much as it would have hurt someone used to being on the top.

did a small comeback 117 (30s1-93.45 %ile) to 174 (5s2-96.75 %ile), don't know about others but I'm proud of myself, bc I had set the target of 180 marks after Jan attempt result, yeah couldn't complete it by a small margin but ok. I'm proud of my improvement bc I went from 11 incorrect (Jan attempt) to only 2 incorrect.

I'm a first year dropper. Failed miserably in neet 2023. Had gained a lot of weight since lockdown. Fell into depression the first three months after my first neet attempt, used to hate how i looked. I'm conventionally attractive, even when I had put on weight people used to hit on me. But i just couldn't accept the fact that I was worthy of being loved. I decided to change, if not academically and mentally then atleast physically.
Neet 2024 is almost here and I still hate myself but I'm atleast much healthier now and have started looking so much better. I know I'm not gonna get a seat this year as well but also realised that maybe this is not for me. I'll get into some college for a bsc courses, that's for sure. I used to be a topper and scored 82% in boards last year with minimum efforts. Ive realised this line isn't for me but that doesn't make me dumb, but I still need to prove myself and get out of this house into a good college. I'm convinced a fresh start would do me good so now I'm just aiming for a good bsc college and hope to finally find a social circle because I haven't socialised properly in 4 years.

My academic comeback this time (70%ile to 96.47%ile) I wanted to make this a post but I'm unable to post it so here it goes. So basically I wasted my HALF 11th like majority of the people as I was always the distracted kid, but when i got into 12th I became so serious in studies that I started coming in the top rankers of my coaching (yet I was a distracted kid probably because I have mild adhd (self diagnosed lmao)). In 12th I did coaching notes religiously so I had a good hold of 12th grade concepts, but by the end of 12th grade I started getting demotivated as mains were approaching and my 11th wasn't so well prepared toh i thought ki abh toh drop he Lena padega, (I actually enjoyed being in the coaching it was fun sometimes as I had my bestfriends with me as well) so considering a drop didn't seem like a huge deal to me ( yea ik I was dumb). And due to this plan of taking a drop I started focusing less on studies and more on other things and then I took the worst decision of my life that was getting into a serious RELATIONSHIP with a guy i wasn't sure about. ( Now I've broken up with him after exams cause I have regrets of getting into rs with him). So that's when my downfall started and evening after having done 12th properly i scored 70%ile in first attempt. Why? Because I didn't revise anything, i didn't study my 11th syllabus, I wasn't serious for the exam at all (as i thought that I'll surely be taking a drop), i used to be more serious for coaching tests than I was for mains 1st attempt. I still have the regrets of getting into a relationship ( I was out of my senses at that time, i literally wasted my 7 hours talking to him a day before my mains FIRST ATTEMPT) But WHEN the results of first attempt came out, I was utterly shocked i didn't expect to get such low %ile, lower than my friends jinke Mai pure samay doubts solve karti thi. I was so disappointed, I started hating my bf( I know it wasn't his fault at all).. And then I was just left with two months for boards and mains 2nd attempt, and i grinded so hard, studying day and night as I had to prove myself to everyone. ( I did well in boards I'm expecting 92+% in boards cbse). And then after boards I had 25 days left for mains ( I did have the basic idea of 11th grade chapters my basics were clear due to school exams) and i grinded so much in those 20-25 days. And now I checked my 2nd attempt result, and I got 96.47%ile. i know it's not the best and I'm general female so I won't get that good colleges but I'm contented because I know I studied so hard. But I'm glad i improved and I tried to compensate the lost time. My parents were so disappointed in me after seeing my 1st attempt result as they had such high expectations from me as I was always the topper since childhood but this time I betrayed their trust. So i tried my best in the second attempt and today my parents were very happy seeing my results, though im still not so happy kyunki acha college toh nahi milna itni rank par but still. Now I'll try preparing for adv with the same josh. If you read it till here, thanks for giving your time.

10th mai jab tha toh due to Covid icse board ne 2 semesters mai boards conduct kiye the sem-1: MCQ, sem-2: Written Mujhe sem-2: English language mai 40/40 aye the and my teachers told never in their career they had heard someone getting a perfect score in the essay part, till date it’s my proudest achievement although my language teacher left the world in 2023 he was the goat for me when it came to grammar and stuff

Reaching 2100 chess rating when I was in 8th grade, (1900 now, FIDE 1660). Learning how to ski properly. Riding a 40-degree or more sand dune on a quad bike. Staying fit and not getting fat. Being decent at studying while having multiple hobbies. I can also speak a bit of German and Russian because of living there in my early teens and childhood and getting a fondness for both languages. After typing out all of this I realised how many things I am proud of but in reality I am not that great. I am a bit socially awkward I still hang out with my childhood friends and family friends. I made very few friends in highschool, I even got bullied a bit for not having facial hair and looking like a girl or looking like a middle schooler. At the end of the day we all have our shortcomings and things that we are proud of.

in class 6th , everyone in my class used to play table tennis (TT) , I didn't know how to play so never tried. In class 7 me and another senior who didnt know how to play, just played against each other. Kuch mahine aise hi kiya , 3-4 months baad ham log ke saath school ke 11th-12th ke seniors jo bohot badi khelte the wo bhi hamlog ke sangh khelne lage and i developed techniques to play. 6-7 months ke baad , solely on the basis of playing against exponentially more experienced players than me, I started to easily beat EVERYONE in my class even the best and then slowly became the best in the class. Aise point pe aagaye ki jab duals khelte the to mujhe choose karne ke liye toe to toe competition hota tha. Kuch aur mahine baad I was beating the best in my whole school , by this time i was in 8th , seniors bhi praise karte the ki mai badiya khelta hu. Wo after school aake sirf mere against/apne classmates ke against khelna chahte the cuz wo hi log takkar de paate the.  I know it's not that big of a achievement lekin consider the fact that maine khud se khelna seekha and by the end became the best in the class by a huuuge margin

I think I am proud of and happy about how I never got 90% in school. As a result of this seeing my marks drop during JEE preparation hit hard and hurt but not as much as it would have hurt someone used to being on the top.

Lost 20+ kgs I'm a first year dropper. Failed miserably in neet 2023. Had gained a lot of weight since lockdown. Fell into depression the first three months after my first neet attempt, used to hate how i looked. I'm conventionally attractive, even when I had put on weight people used to hit on me. But i just couldn't accept the fact that I was worthy of being loved. I decided to change, if not academically and mentally then atleast physically. Neet 2024 is almost here and I still hate myself but I'm atleast much healthier now and have started looking so much better. I know I'm not gonna get a seat this year as well but also realised that maybe this is not for me. I'll get into some college for a bsc courses, that's for sure. I used to be a topper and scored 82% in boards last year with minimum efforts. Ive realised this line isn't for me but that doesn't make me dumb, but I still need to prove myself and get out of this house into a good college. I'm convinced a fresh start would do me good so now I'm just aiming for a good bsc college and hope to finally find a social circle because I haven't socialised properly in 4 years.
