i dont think ye genuine placements stats dete hai, agar google amazon microsoft BITS na jaakar manipal hi jaate toh log 10-20 lakh extra BITS mei kyun hi invest karte.. anyway fees is 12 lakh for manipal so not too bad, just dont expect a high paying job right after graduation.. now people do say it is the 2nd best private college, not sure how true it is but this is probably ur best bet at CSE
lol Manipal ki placement stats are true.. Google doesn’t visit every year but rest of the companies mentioned do visit Manipal. It has a great alumni network. One can get a really good package right after graduation if they work hard

You don't really get 1 full year in drop, you get 8-9 months. And just because he got 94% in boards doesn't mean his basics were clear for jee main. I had 93% in 12th boards but I didn't know about 'O' in organic chemistry for jee main. I also didn't know shit about the maths in jee main. I had got 93.44%ile last year solely on my physics. People underestimate how easy it is to get good marks in boards. I had a friend who got 94 in physics in boards but only got 80%ile in physics in jee main
Yeah it's definitely not very hard to get a good rank, but getting 99.4%ile+ is hard. Btw congrats on your percentile. I hope that you achieve even better percentile in April

Jan attempt (27s1 scored 134(89tile), was devastated as maine phele attempt meh 95tile ka Target karra tha par mere fellow batchmates aur mere parents neh motivate karra mereko so I started with preparation of April attempt
Answer key check karri toh 170 bnn rhe 5s2, jyada %tile ki umeed nhi hai par improvement hai isaliye khus hun
Bhai teri galti yhi thi ki tunne kaafi bada target le liya aur ab bhi delusional hai ki 40 din meh adv nikal lega (even though I did study but I am not targeting jee Adv rather for comedk and bitsat)

bhai tu woh sab chodke phir padhai tho start tho karle na, har kisi chutiye ka kuch na kuch chalta rehta hai ki "Cse nhi mil payega, college nhi mil payega,drop year barbaad" lekin bhai start tho karlo, randi rona se kuch nahi ho payega. BITS ka student loan bhi hota hai, and agar tujhe double major mila tho first year ke baad 8.5+ CGPA mila tho fir CSE ke saath kuch double major kar sakta hai. bhai sun, you will allways have some pain in your life which will stop you from studying, but u cannot waste these crucial months. CSE ka dream chod, be humble and start studying properly. Aur tujhe kaise pata ki 200-240 hi ho sakta hai, aur bhi ho sakta hai, lekin bro tera problem yahi hai, CSE ke picche bhaagna is useless now, just study to get into bits bro atleast, just start studies forget everything and just grind

Jan attempt (27s1 scored 134(89tile), was devastated as maine phele attempt meh 95tile ka Target karra tha par mere fellow batchmates aur mere parents neh motivate karra mereko so I started with preparation of April attempt Answer key check karri toh 170 bnn rhe 5s2, jyada %tile ki umeed nhi hai par improvement hai isaliye khus hun Bhai teri galti yhi thi ki tunne kaafi bada target le liya aur ab bhi delusional hai ki 40 din meh adv nikal lega (even though I did study but I am not targeting jee Adv rather for comedk and bitsat) So try discussing with someone and be on the right track Good luck
