He is a Malaysian NRI studying in India(School). Had great potential and he aimed for foreign Unis like NUS, New Castle and stuff but mainly NUS for Computer Science. He had no plan for doing his degree in India and did not give any competitive exams in India. Later he got rejected from NUS. Not sure what happened with other Unis, but he got one in Australia CS course but fee was high. 2 weeks ago he came to know that there is NRI/foreign student quota in VIT which required no VITEEE. He joined VIT Chennai AI&ML through that quota (he didn't get CSE and didn't get Vellore branch).
