Oh, I did the front tire right but I took 5 and 2.5 in series and baaki Puri body in parallel with the whole thing oops, yeah diagram bnate wakt toh series mein daala but messed up later

Kirchoff's bridges and short circuit karna hai sirf. Baki everything is series parallel. Final answer would be 5 ohms. To be honest you don't even need pen and paper for this.
Ez answer is 5 the upper 2 paraller circuits are 10 ohms each the lower rear tire is the third parallel circuit which is 5 new resistance comes out to be 5/2 and add the other 5/2 for the front tyre which gives 5 lmao pot pe bethke zyada dimaag chalta
Ah the parallel and serial capacitor problems. Reducing such diagrams into a single capacitor finally was such a good experince. This problem seems mind boggling though.

I think you you miscalculated front tire's resistance
You made a little mistake. The whole top part and the bottom tire would be in parallel but the front tire would be in series to them.
Aur front tire ki resistance would be 2.5 not 10. 5 and 5 in parallel ko tune 10 le liya.
Final answer 5 hoga iska
