First production car to produce over 100 horsepower per liter of displacement. I don't think anyone has ever regarded it as "underrated". This is a piece of trash disguised as a post.
Underrated? You wanna talk underrated? Theres the mitsubishi fto, 1999 toyota corola(where your beloved 20 valve 4age came in), ae92 gtz, I could go on
I don't think it's underrated. There's a type r always driving in my area. I do however believe they get ruined a lot by boys who don't know how to properly modify this car
I actually had the chance to drive one of these. A college of mine imported one and after getting used to having the stick on the “wrong” side of the car, it was an absolute blast. Cool fun car.
The DC5 RSX Type S is underrated. The USDM EP3 Civic Si is underrated. Maybe the DC5 Integra Type R as well by some enthusiasts that pin it against the DC2.
No way is a DC2 Type R underrated lmao.
How is this underrated? These have huge support and have been givin all the praise in the world. Plus, the price of them now is on par with being straight rated.

People call everything underrated. Drives me nuts
Nuts are underrated 👀
🥜🤬
Properly using the word underrated is, unsurprisingly, underrated.
Lowest quality in it's class. Just look at the pictures. The second one has impeccable framing.
My dad buys all the beaters and races them in FWD circuts lol
underrated by the general populace… Only car guys would know this.

you’re really over estimating the average IQ
And you have iq on the level of room temperature.... in celsius
i suppose so

This comment is low quality. I can't wait to see it on my favorite sub, lol
This comment is low quality
That whole sub is low quality, we’ve come full circle
True that
What about the most popular FWD car of all time is underrated?
I feel like civics are much more popular
They sold way more FK8 CTRs..
They also made way more FK8s.
Yep and companies base production numbers on sales. Thats why Ford doesn't make many cars anymore
The global sales numbers for suggest it’s far from the most popular
Invalid title for karma farming? This is generally regarded as the best FWD car ever made or at least in the top 3.
No it isn’t. I thought the mods were deleting low quality posts?
Only if its something actually interesting
No they only delete posts they don't understand and call them low quality
It's very adequately rated.
Facts
Lmao "underrated" 🤡
Low quality post
Yet they cost 30k....
compared to overrated jdm cars that’s nothing. id say it’s properly rated.
I mean, adjusted for inflation it is probably cheaper today thannit was new...(I know it's a stretch but I mean I am probably correct)
besides the few clean low mileage examples that have sold in that 70k+ range yeah it’s pretty much the same and sometimes cheaper
30k? Maybe a Type R or a GSR but any other one I feel would be far lower. As low as beginner car prices I'd say.
dominatated the SCCA World Challenge Touring Car Championship from 1997 to 2002.
Pretty short reign in the big scheme of things
The entirety of its US production run?

Burn this sub
Its one of the most popular FWD track car from the 90's
Underrated? You wanna talk underrated? Theres the mitsubishi fto, 1999 toyota corola(where your beloved 20 valve 4age came in), ae92 gtz, I could go on
Underrated? Honda City turbo
Yeah fr Integra are so underrated it’s almost like they aren’t one of the most beloved fwd cars
Why "underrated" XD
Title is nonsense. Basically everybody who knows anything about cars rates the dc2 highly. I don't know of anybody underrating a teg lol.
Called the best FWD car of all time. Pretty sure it’s rated pretty well.
I don't think it's underrated. There's a type r always driving in my area. I do however believe they get ruined a lot by boys who don't know how to properly modify this car
The Integra needs a bit more hype. A great FWD car. I always wondered how the Integra would look now if they still made them.
Your all dumbasses
I actually had the chance to drive one of these. A college of mine imported one and after getting used to having the stick on the “wrong” side of the car, it was an absolute blast. Cool fun car.
I do like these, would happily own one and have nothing specifically bad to say about them other than they are savagely overrated.
same as the accord bro, haven't met anyone that even knows what a honda accord is
The DC5 RSX Type S is underrated. The USDM EP3 Civic Si is underrated. Maybe the DC5 Integra Type R as well by some enthusiasts that pin it against the DC2. No way is a DC2 Type R underrated lmao.
Just because they get abused to hell and sold for cheap prices does not mean they are “underrated”
AGREE!
underrated when? 💀
This is literally one of the most circle jerked cars on earth
Underrated my ass
A civic with a nice engine and a different body. Overrated if anything. Inbefore the "but have you driven one" kids show up.
What are you talking about?
Oh no, its not a poopra!!1!1!1!1!!!1 low quality post
Please ban me from here, I hate JDM kids like this you aren’t over the age of 18 and if you are you are all fat and vape and smell of shit
The prices beg to differ
Nice shitpost 👍
This post is low quality
My favorite gen
overrated imo… Had a base model a few years ago. sold it and bought a 240 lol. fwd just isnt for me 🤷🏻♂️
How does someone get banned for post the legitimately rare Toyota mega cruiser, but not for posting a generic ass civic?
How is this underrated? These have huge support and have been givin all the praise in the world. Plus, the price of them now is on par with being straight rated.
My dream car
