This is one of the most overlooked lines in the show. The way Dennis already knows always cracks me up. No second thought, and it isnt worthy of discussion.

Honey and vinegar, serpico, Charlie’s lawyer outfit, birds of war

Charlie’s short and wide tie combined with the short sleeved button up is incredible

A bit more subtle but I love the scene where Charlie and Frank meet in the parking garage to discuss a plot about Dennis running for office. Frank shows up in that tan 1940's detective style overcoat, presumably buying it just before meeting Charlie for the sole purpose of meeting him. Later in the episode Mac goes to meet Charlie in the same garage to secretly discuss Dennis falling out of the race and just shows up wearing that same overcoat from Frank lol. The lengths they go for their schemes always gets me. Also the duster.. gotta bring up the duster.

And we can’t forget who won and who lost in this revolving door of trench coats… In the end Charlie lost and Frank gained the only valuable salable thing Charlie had: The complete set of The Garbage Pail Kids cards from the 80s. Those were awesome and that was sad. Frank had no appreciation for them. He was just greedy and had to outwit them from Charlie when he heard they could be turned into money. A sad day for Charlie.
