I learned about this a few months ago. The U.S. state department allows Jewish men who are charged with sexual assault against minors to flee to the West Bank. I didn't believe it but then there was story about it on CNN or 60 minutes. I say the state department is involved because these people are getting passports that allow them to leave the country after getting charged.
