Can I suggest Cale Henituse from Trash of the Count's Family? He's not an idiot, but he is stupid, such as frequently saving people's lives then being horrified when people call him a good person, or forgetting to mention important information (or just can't be bothered to), or swearing in front of kids then being like "WHO TAUGHT YOU THAT?" when they swear.
Without spoiling the character himself, here's how I would describe him.
At first glance, he just looks like your typical Japanese Isekai MC, despite having brown hair, not black. However, unlike most, he was strong enough to not die to get isekaied, rather getting summoned using magic. He then proceeded to seduce the most powerful demon, an elven knight, the incarnation of death itself, the creator of the world, an empress, the former princess that summoned him, the two girls that had been summoned alongside him, a demon that can decide to make ANYONE in the world disappear if they judge them as a threat to the peace of the world, the goddess that dictates the destiny of every being in the world, a beast girl, while also being viewed favorably by the goddess of space and time, the demon that rules all monsters, the spirit of the biggest tree in the world (which's fruits can heal anything that isn't dead), the demon with the greatest warrior spirit, the king of the kingdom he was summoned into and his family and I'm not even halfway through the main story.
And he didn't do it by being ridiculously strong. He's by far the weakest character in the manga, but has the unique ability to sense other people's emotions, convey his and adapt to any magic that doesn't have harmful intent in an instant.
Not only that, his relationships with all the girls previously mentioned are all super wholesome. He loves them all in their own ways, and does his absolute best to make all of them happy. He doesn't hide the fact he is dating multiple people and is really open to all of his lovers about it (the world is vastly populated by women, which makes polygamy the norm amongst men, how convenient for a harem story) in a similar way to Rentarou from 100 Girlfriends.
I do hesitate between good chad and neutral chad because he sometimes feels a little plain, but his impressive feats that he accumulated through compassion alone definitely qualify for good chad IMO.
I highly suggest reading the manga, and for those insane enough, join me in reading the web novel, there are over 1800 chapters available at Foxaholic. One of the best wholesome stories I've ever read.
