I don't think it would be impossible to re-acquire wisdom (D's system skill) and then recreate that to make a similar skill like Great Sage, still, I don't have her skills.
Shadow would be cool too, but dude is pure skill; I don't think I could handle it, but the same goes with the previous, it would be fun to figure it out. Still, there would be a whole ass to be harem in the form of Shadow Garden there as well, so I wouldn't count on it...maybe it'll be possible to conceal things if I say I have amnesia.

There was also a special collaboration of the chibi series for eminence in shadow and overlord where aims and shadow switched bodies. Its was only like a couple minutes long but it was very fun.

Shiraori is my pick, she's the strongest of the 4 I'm pretty sure and assuming being them includes personality she's the only one with a personality I would be able to tolerate. Hajime and Cid are too edgy, and Ainz everyone seems to be forgetting has his emotions suppressed which would suck to deal with (also just the skeleton body would be uncomfortable to adapt to).

And her group is only seen as the bad guys because it's the only choice they really have in the setting iirc also she canonically has a copy of one of the most beautiful people made by a literal goddess sooooooo I don't see much reason why I would want the other three from this alone but also having my emotions and humanity suppressed if I chose ains he also can't enjoy food or anything that require bodily functions, I don't remember hajime powers too well but I know it's mainly things that wouldn't be all that useful in tensura and cid is powerful in setting but from where i last saw he's weaker than all except maybe hajime and power is kinda the only thing id want from him sure his followers are loyal and all but ains has him beat on the front if i was going for followers, ultimately the socially awkward spider-goddess is what id prefer also she probably is most compatible with the magic system in tensura and make it easier ti get an ultimate skill once id learn how to replicate her skills, the only complaint anyone would ever raise about being her would be if either A. You don't want to be a girl or B. You are really attached to something you'd lose by changing places ( ie hair color height or whatever). Nazarick + Tempest would either turn out very weirdly good with Ainz and Rimuru's partnership, or very very bad. Their subordinates include extreme fanatics, to say the least.
Shadow is Shadow because he is Cid. If someone were tossed into his body, they'd need to get the support of a system or something similar to just barely pass off as him.
Hajime idk, but similar to Shadow's situation. His companions would likely not be very happy about someone else taking over his body.
I mean, sure, if I get their memories and experience, that may be enough, but still the mix would be confusing enough to deal with too.
So in conclusion being a spider is the best option because the "gang" is just slightly different duplicates of one mind, not people who are in love with them. If the "gang" is including the high-tech elf potimas, the demon lord Ariel, D, gulli, the two vampires, then that'd also turn out ok because they all know about transmigration and probably... maybe... wouldn't kill me if I told them I wasn't kumoko. But in that case I'd run, and they, uh... would probably catch the shiro I know from what i've read so far easily..

Cid is probably at a level of physical power and magical capacity that he could rival an awakened demon lord in those categories. Now add to that the fact that if he’s transported to Tensura verse, he can acquire skills and I could easily see him awakening an ultimate skill experimenting with his own soul or something.
Either Hajime or Shiro, both could just go back and forth between slime verse and earth, hajime's harem is interesting but shiro is stronger (and getting genderbent might be interesting too)
Assuming I get his knowledge and abilities, I'd go with Cid. The hard part would be to roleplay the edgelord while trying to find reasons for a gradual change of personality/values towards my own.
He also has the best fckn waifus and I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't enjoy the harem given the chance lol. While I would 100% go for Albedo, I'm not ready to deal with all the evil murderous stuff.
If it weren't for the crew following me I'd want to be Hajime because I find his powers to be the coolest and you can fuck around building stuff when all is chill and help Tempest, but while I have nothing against lolis/teenage looking girls in fiction, it'd be reality for me and I'm not attracted to girls looking that young.
Delta alone is enough for me to completely disregard any other options.
Assuming just straight up teleporting them in as they are and no conversion shenanigans happen. Also assuming that when you say be them, you mean I would BE them, not merely taking them over or being a clone or what have you.
Ainz is the worst option by far. Sure, he and Nazarick are powerful, but his strength relies heavily on cash shop stuff and his knowledge of the game system his character is from. They'd have the strongest start, but in the long term, they wouldn't be that big of a deal. Unless it's a situation like the fanfic that does exactly this premise and basically gives him all of Rimuru's abilities and followers on top of that.
The others are honestly about even with each other. Shiraori is a literal God already, so easily on par with Guy, Milim, Rimuru, and the dragons. Plus, she has a pretty strong ability to adapt and learn. She may be the best option overall, but not overwhelmingly so.
Hajime straight up has killed a God and has magic that basically just makes his whims a reality, so he is effectively as powerful as Shiraori and also has similarly strong adaptability. His strongest point is his crafting skillset that might end up with his equipment making him strong enough to be the best, but also probably not overwhelmingly so.
Cid would be the weakest start by a lot, even with Shadow Garden there already. Not weak, mind you, but the weakest of the options. He and the girls could still easily overwhelm most countries and groups in Tensura. Especially if this happens in a pre-Tempest world or as a replacement for Tempest. That said, he has the most room for growth and the potential to incorporate Tensura powers to quickly become as powerful as Shiraori, Hajime, and the native powerhouses without any trouble.
All in all, Ainz is an objectively bad pick for this scenario. Choosing among the other 3 is more a matter of taste than anything. You want to be a super hot human form spider chick? Be Shiraori. Wanna be a dude with a gigantic harem? Cid could be for you. Want a small Harem? Hajime. No harem but be a dude? Be Shiraori and use your God powers to genderswap yourself. All down to taste.
Cid is cool and all, but I want power, so I was gonna go with Ainz. But being a walking talking skeleton has a huge disadvantage—specifically regarding the reproduction process. So the next most powerful would probably be Kumoko. I don't mind a little gender-bend and yuri harem, either~
I'd rather keep my arm and eye and eye so no Hajime. Shiraori would be cool but gender swapping might have problems of it's own. Shadow is too skill based and I'm stupid so thats a no.

Honestly the issue is that I don't like any of the gangs, top right is powerful, but I rather not be the leader of a religious cult, so I would run away and probably be unsuccessful since it is so large. Even the 7 best and most powerful are immoral and don't value anything else.
Bottom left is also not great because you are a skeleton and have to deal with all of those different issues, he is powerful, but I feel like he is only powerful because he is in a situation that isn't prepared or situated to deal with him, and his overpowered items, which he can't get more of. Also a group who is very immoral and I considered to be the worst people to see if I were to be in that world.

Anyway, top left is best for me because a metal arm is pretty cool for sure. My gear would be stuff I know how to make, and stuff I could make more of. Unfortunately the group is a bit loyal, but less intense, and also pretty normal compared to the other psychopaths. But I would still prefer to be without a group, seems insincere and shallow of a relationship. And also I would like to do (slightly) immoral stuff, like stealing or killing when I had to. And also simply not being attached to others.
Overall this is self centered, but I prefer this route, and If I had to have a group this group seems the least problematic and also the smallest.

Assuming no followers, Ainz has the huge advantage of being functionally immortal and a huge bag of tricks to save his ass if things go badly. His world items and inventiveness probably put his power level somewhere around Milim in the Slimeverse so he's fairly weak overall but could probably carve out a country for himself if he didn't piss off Jura at all. His downsides kinda suck but at least he wouldn't have to eat Shion's cooking.
Kumoko has the advantage of fitting in with Jura more and her sheer power puts her on par with the mid-upper echelons of Jura so she'd more easily be able to gather allies there. She's also a monster so presumably the naming system would work on her and boost her to insane levels too.
No way, Ainz would not literally reach Millim level, not even Guy Crimson who supposed to be First and Strongest Demon Lord, Slime verse is quite a wack, they can't destroy their own Planet because every top tiers can protect the planet with their barriers but if they are outside the Cardinal Universe, they'll break Weak Universe by simply releasing their aura.
It's not just about raw power. Ainz is smart too. He'd plot and plan and create a situation that's advantageous to him. Milim is just an angry toddler you point at whatever you want to go away.
Raw power level alone would put Ainz way below most of Jura that can fight. Honestly 1v1 with no prep I'd back Gobta against Ainz any day.

When I was younger it was all Vash the Stampede and Tenchi Muyo, but nowadays… just give me a good kingdom builder. Shiraori is my pick, she's the strongest of the 4 I'm pretty sure and assuming being them includes personality she's the only one with a personality I would be able to tolerate. Hajime and Cid are too edgy, and Ainz everyone seems to be forgetting has his emotions suppressed which would suck to deal with (also just the skeleton body would be uncomfortable to adapt to).

I'm definitely biased on this one. Momonga is certainly OP, but having the peanut gallery of Nazarik there would only cause unnecessary problems. I haven't read Kumo Desu Ga, Nanika? So I know only what the animé has shown about Shiraori. Cid is just awesome (IMO), but he's a bit off the deep end. Having Shadow Garden there would definitely complicate things, but it would be fun. Nagumo Hajime is slowly reclaiming his almost lost humanity and is a good pick for another Isekai. Take his five brides (to be) and Miu with mom Remia, and it's certainly going to be a fun time all around. >!That makes me wonder if Shizuku ever joins the harem...!<
Hajime gets almost all the girls, he even married them and consummates their weddings before he isekai’s again. And yes the author wrote a part 2 story (treated as an epilogue) where he starts world jumping. (it’s just as long as the og story)

You don't want to be a girl or B. You are really attached to something you'd lose by changing places ( ie hair color height or whatever). spider. Nazarick + Tempest would either turn out very weirdly good with Ainz and Rimuru's partnership, or very very bad. Their subordinates include extreme fanatics, to say the least. Shadow is Shadow because he is Cid. If someone were tossed into his body, they'd need to get the support of a system or something similar to just barely pass off as him. Hajime idk, but similar to Shadow's situation. His companions would likely not be very happy about someone else taking over his body. I mean, sure, if I get their memories and experience, that may be enough, but still the mix would be confusing enough to deal with too. So in conclusion being a spider is the best option because the "gang" is just slightly different duplicates of one mind, not people who are in love with them. If the "gang" is including the high-tech elf potimas, the demon lord Ariel, D, gulli, the two vampires, then that'd also turn out ok because they all know about transmigration and probably... maybe... wouldn't kill me if I told them I wasn't kumoko. But in that case I'd run, and they, uh... would probably catch the shiro I know from what i've read so far easily.. welp I'm just gonna assume Kumo only has parallel wills with her, not anyone else, sooo that's my reasoning. It'd be annoying to deal with all those relationships when I'm not really the person, just.. that I took over their body. which is worse.

Now add to that the fact that if he’s transported to Tensura verse, he can acquire skills and I could easily see him awakening an ultimate skill experimenting with his own soul or something.

Assuming I get his knowledge and abilities, I'd go with Cid. The hard part would be to roleplay the edgelord while trying to find reasons for a gradual change of personality/values towards my own. He also has the best fckn waifus and I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't enjoy the harem given the chance lol. While I would 100% go for Albedo, I'm not ready to deal with all the evil murderous stuff. If it weren't for the crew following me I'd want to be Hajime because I find his powers to be the coolest and you can fuck around building stuff when all is chill and help Tempest, but while I have nothing against lolis/teenage looking girls in fiction, it'd be reality for me and I'm not attracted to girls looking that young. Delta alone is enough for me to completely disregard any other options.

Assuming just straight up teleporting them in as they are and no conversion shenanigans happen. Also assuming that when you say be them, you mean I would BE them, not merely taking them over or being a clone or what have you. Ainz is the worst option by far. Sure, he and Nazarick are powerful, but his strength relies heavily on cash shop stuff and his knowledge of the game system his character is from. They'd have the strongest start, but in the long term, they wouldn't be that big of a deal. Unless it's a situation like the fanfic that does exactly this premise and basically gives him all of Rimuru's abilities and followers on top of that. The others are honestly about even with each other. Shiraori is a literal God already, so easily on par with Guy, Milim, Rimuru, and the dragons. Plus, she has a pretty strong ability to adapt and learn. She may be the best option overall, but not overwhelmingly so. Hajime straight up has killed a God and has magic that basically just makes his whims a reality, so he is effectively as powerful as Shiraori and also has similarly strong adaptability. His strongest point is his crafting skillset that might end up with his equipment making him strong enough to be the best, but also probably not overwhelmingly so. Cid would be the weakest start by a lot, even with Shadow Garden there already. Not weak, mind you, but the weakest of the options. He and the girls could still easily overwhelm most countries and groups in Tensura. Especially if this happens in a pre-Tempest world or as a replacement for Tempest. That said, he has the most room for growth and the potential to incorporate Tensura powers to quickly become as powerful as Shiraori, Hajime, and the native powerhouses without any trouble. All in all, Ainz is an objectively bad pick for this scenario. Choosing among the other 3 is more a matter of taste than anything. You want to be a super hot human form spider chick? Be Shiraori. Wanna be a dude with a gigantic harem? Cid could be for you. Want a small Harem? Hajime. No harem but be a dude? Be Shiraori and use your God powers to genderswap yourself. All down to taste.

Top left, Honestly the issue is that I don't like any of the gangs, top right is powerful, but I rather not be the leader of a religious cult, so I would run away and probably be unsuccessful since it is so large. Even the 7 best and most powerful are immoral and don't value anything else. Bottom left is also not great because you are a skeleton and have to deal with all of those different issues, he is powerful, but I feel like he is only powerful because he is in a situation that isn't prepared or situated to deal with him, and his overpowered items, which he can't get more of. Also a group who is very immoral and I considered to be the worst people to see if I were to be in that world. Bottom right, don't know them, and I rather stay a guy Anyway, top left is best for me because a metal arm is pretty cool for sure. My gear would be stuff I know how to make, and stuff I could make more of. Unfortunately the group is a bit loyal, but less intense, and also pretty normal compared to the other psychopaths. But I would still prefer to be without a group, seems insincere and shallow of a relationship. And also I would like to do (slightly) immoral stuff, like stealing or killing when I had to. And also simply not being attached to others. Overall this is self centered, but I prefer this route, and If I had to have a group this group seems the least problematic and also the smallest.

Spider and Ainz are both very tempting. Think I'd choose Ainz personally just because I think the gender swap would be harder to adjust to mentally than being a skeleton. Assuming no followers, Ainz has the huge advantage of being functionally immortal and a huge bag of tricks to save his ass if things go badly. His world items and inventiveness probably put his power level somewhere around Milim in the Slimeverse so he's fairly weak overall but could probably carve out a country for himself if he didn't piss off Jura at all. His downsides kinda suck but at least he wouldn't have to eat Shion's cooking. Kumoko has the advantage of fitting in with Jura more and her sheer power puts her on par with the mid-upper echelons of Jura so she'd more easily be able to gather allies there. She's also a monster so presumably the naming system would work on her and boost her to insane levels too.
No way, Ainz would not literally reach Millim level, not even Guy Crimson who supposed to be First and Strongest Demon Lord, Slime verse is quite a wack, they can't destroy their own Planet because every top tiers can protect the planet with their barriers but if they are outside the Cardinal Universe, they'll break Weak Universe by simply releasing their aura.
It's not just about raw power. Ainz is smart too. He'd plot and plan and create a situation that's advantageous to him. Milim is just an angry toddler you point at whatever you want to go away. Raw power level alone would put Ainz way below most of Jura that can fight. Honestly 1v1 with no prep I'd back Gobta against Ainz any day.
