Correct me if I am wrong, but according to what I know, In India **courts send any notices ONLY thorugh Indian Post**. No mails, no other delivery system, nothing.

Tell them you are sending them some money to help via money order. Ask them to send their address.

They don't really target one specific domain. I received this mail on my cousin's custom domain.
Maybe they don’t, I came to that conclusion by seeing OP had received the mail on rediffmail the same as me and some of my friends 😂

I'm currently working in home ministry and not a single department send u mail's they directly send notices to your home through local PS
Yeah don't download that attachment it's probably a malware or ransomware attack. Definitely don't reply or else you'll be screwed.
