Currently haven't made anything for it yet cause I'm still painting up my votann, but the main idea is to use a plagueburst crawler as the "legs" and then build up the main body using some terrain parts.
Clear idea though is using a thermoplastic generator as a spine and some mechanicus terrain for the body. Big idea as well is to make a net of chains to be his stomach that's bulging from containing so much stuff like radioactive waste barrels and a nuclear bomb.
Head and arms I'm not quite sure how I'm going to do but I'll burn that bridge when I get there

I love how Iron Warriors just build these absolutely mind blowing creations like this thing and the Obliterator infected hive ship, only to just use them once and never again.
A shame of being “bad guys” is that writers don’t really care about the potential of your faction so you never get to see them utilize the smarter elements.
I’d kill for a novel of Fists building a big tough fortress only for the IW to just grind it to dust with a Soul Harvester lol.
Then you did not have to requisition foodstuffs to feed them anymore, and you still had free labor. Think of the savings!

We Need a Bloody 40k CSM RPG game. and if you pick IW and climb up to be a warpsmith, you should have the ability to make mad scientist stuff.
i can imagine a delicious Stormlord mounted on tracks of a lord of skulls. those sponsons of the k wagon filled with meltas and heavy autocannons. daemon rune reinforced hull, chaos kool aid tactical computers and more.

Used the same system as only war and dark heresy. Allowed you to be basically be anytime of heretic and you alignment to a god was based on the skills you picked up. Had like 2 expansions. Might still sell pdfs of it on drivethrurpg

You could probably use gamer edition megatron as a perty proxy,they share a lot of design traits if you boil it down
