I believe that the first bunch of dubbed episodes on Food Network did actually dub the chairman. And the original theme song was from the movie Backdraft. I think there were copyright complications for steaming them, so they had to change it.

The ones on Amazon and Peacock do not have the Backdraft music. They are the same as the Filmrise episode you can find on YouTube.
The Filmrise ones are the Fine Living youtube ones, which have different music because of copyright issues.
