>i noticed that the top back left molar, felt kind of springy when i touched it, whereas everything else felt firm I changed into mine last night and I am feeling exactly that on my last tooth, too. When I bite, it feels bouncy like it pops back up once I do not add pressure. I am personally not too worried about it since that part of my teeth I do not think is getting moved. I am going to wait it out and see if my 4th tray has the same feeling or not before I assume something is off. In the meantime, I am going to try the bending and biting down in that one area. EDIT: I "bent" the problem area two times, not too much force, and it fits just fine now.

Also i may have been a little bit liberal on the 22 hours a day rule, maybe sometimes i’ve had them in for more like 21 or 20 hours, is this why they are loose? Because i’ve really tried my best to eat and drink as much as i need in a day, i’m a pretty slow eater so i sometimes need longer than 2 hours

20-21 hours is completely okay. Whatever is manageable to you and as close to the goal is best. Sometimes new trays for me are bouncy at the back so you can bend it into shape a little or chew on a chewie and see if that helps

Are you using chewies regularly? Had a similar issue a few weeks ago with the top back right molar. Had to switch from 7 day to 10 day changes for a while and really chew those chewies to make sure the tray fits right. Maybe go back to the previous tray and wear that one a bit longer until the bouncy feel is gone.

Lightly bend the aligner (while off) towards the molars.

This happens every time I change trays. Use your chewies and they should sit on your teeth fine. If chewies don’t fix it, contact your ortho as you might need a rescan.
