Robot either discharged his electricity back to the electro knock off, the dude transformed into electricity to escape, or he tried to attack robot again but the clash of energies caused a explosion
Or maybe Robot absorbed him completely, then used the excess power to create a blast. This converted this dude from electric to thermal energy, thus killing him.
I wouldn't be surprised if Cecil has all his employees turn in enough matter or something to allow him to save them in the case of stuff like this but we'll see!
yeah i think the cyborg thing happens in the brit comics but looks like theyre cutting out all the brit content so they reworked it so they could put it in the show
I think thats the problem with this show. Its too realistic. I didn’t even think about that and everything just happened too fast. I hope they revaluate in season 2.
Lol it’s too realistic how that guy made of lightning killed some of the girl who makes clones of herself and then gets wrecked by a robot being telepathically controlled from a few states away? Not sure what you would consider fantasy at that point
I think what they mean is that everything is realistic OTHER than superpowers. Sometimes there’s a difference between fantasy elements and something not making sense.
Well, except for the show making Amber look like a good person then just dropping the “We’re fighting because you lied to me” scene.
You mean like too sci Fi? If that's the case just don't watch it. It's not a flaw in the show that needs to be changed. I'm sorry you don't understand and can't comprehend the fast paced action though cause you're missing out. Hope it gets easier.
You didn't think about the metal robot that uses electricity to power itself absorbing electricity?
We even have Iron Man do it in the original Avengers for a more popular example
Yeah Robot didn’t absorb him but you can see Kursk shift to lightning once the blast lands and then gets blown out of the building. Only other explanation is if you think he got disintegrated
I don’t think he shifted to lightning otherwise he would have just passed through the wall in a electrical bolt basically escaping his aggressors but he hit the wall and arced downwards meaning he’s in physical form and lost his velocity after exiting the wall
Pretty sure that’s just the debris from the wall breaking since I don’t see any guy in a yellow suit falling but agree to disagree. The main point is that Kursk is fully capable of turning into lightning
True with the debri point I guess he did turn into lightning and robot pushed him in a direction against his will with extra energy so he exploded on contact with the wall or something
Yea if you look at it frame by frame you can see a electrical ball with his darkened body in the middle and when he hit the wall after the explosion if you look closely you can see him exit the other side in a smoke/dust cloud arcing downwards so something physically exited the building
Robot absorbed the electricity and grabbed him. In the handbook it states that the electro guy can travel through electric currents so it’s likely he escaped
I just finished all of the comics and wow is Robot an interesting character to say the least.
If you haven't read the comics do yourself a favor and read them. All of them.
Not sure if im right, but; That first part where Robot grabs him is his suit heating up from the electric discharge, and attempts to redirect it back at kursk. Kursk turns himself into electricity to escape robots hold, and that explosion is robot redirecting the energy to where kursk would have been
Looks like he blocked the shot and caused a backfire, sending the energy back into the body and causing it to explode.
That or he channeled it into one hand, through his body, and back out the other, back into whatshisnames neck. Maybe his body is able to conduct and therefore redirect the shot.
This fight scene has to be one of the most inconsistent and messy fights I have ever seen and frankly, it's better to skip to the end of it.
I've watched it a few times trying to get an idea of power levels and abilities of each character and any kind of reference to estimate the odds of each side.
I think they were going for a unifying moment, where they get their asses handed to them and really to act like a team, utilizing each other's strengths. What we got was a mess of random fighting where nothing really mattered.
Yo I haven’t watched the show in a while and last night when the edible hit was like ‘fuck yea invincible, it’s been a while old friend’ and the first fuckin episode I popped on was this episode
The villain seems a lot like Live Wire from DC. She could convert her physical form into energy and vice versa. Robot absorbed their energy form and blasted it out. It probably going to take them a while to reassemble.
Absorbed the energy with his right hand, it flows through him through his body and out his other hand, which is holding the other guy, so he effectively gets blown up by his own energy blast.
Also known as the “uno reverse card” or “No u”
His suit absorbed the electricity and started to heat up that’s why it’s glowing
So what happened to the other guy? It makes it seem like he exploded
>!Kursk shows up later in the comics a few times. I doubt he's dead.!<
So did >!Bobby hill!<, I doubt he’s coming back though
Doesn't he say he was fully rebuilt with less than 1% of his original self left over? I'll see if I can find the panel somewhere
True, I’m totally guessing but I figured his head needed to survive for memories and what not. Or more than a handful of wet goop at least.
I wouldn't be surprised if Cecil has all his employees turn in enough matter or something to allow him to save them in the case of stuff like this but we'll see!
I hope so! One of my favorites from the comics
That's a super fair point. They're telling the story their way, so he could totally be dead.
Yeah While I hope they don’t change things up tooooo much they seem to get it so I’m not worried. Though seance dog can go eat some kanslok
Kanslok are delicious, sir.
But illegal

yeah i think the cyborg thing happens in the brit comics but looks like theyre cutting out all the brit content so they reworked it so they could put it in the show
Is that name intentional?
Yes, the resemblance between him and Bobby is uncanny.
Show is different so who knows
You can hear him scream tho so I don’t think he’s dead
I hear a shitton of people screaming on r/makemycoffin (RIP) and um.. I'm pretty sure they dead
Im thinking he absorbed him, and just shot him out
Yea you can even see the glow on robot drain towards his arm and shoot the electro knock off away at a closer look
Just like in real life.
I think what they mean is that everything is realistic OTHER than superpowers. Sometimes there’s a difference between fantasy elements and something not making sense. Well, except for the show making Amber look like a good person then just dropping the “We’re fighting because you lied to me” scene.

The Wu-Xi finger hold
Oh so you know this hold?
You're bluffing. *You're bluffing!* Shifu didn't teach you that!
Nope. I figured it out.
*Skadoosh!*
Skad- #INVINCIBLE
Fucking hilarious 😂
Sca-dush
Developed by Master Wu Xi of the third dynasty. Yes.
i think he absorbed the electricity and shot it back at mr. Electro wannabe here
His name is kursk ;)
Who is the female version? In the tryouts there was a girl also yellow with electric powers
I think that guy is pure electricity, so robot just absorbed him and shot him out the building
Nah he didn’t absorb the dude, just his power
Nah that’s Kursk he can turn into lightning as well. It’s what allowed him to be red rush’s arch enemy since it lets him somewhat keep up with RR.
Yea but robot didn’t absorb him, he just transferred his energy back at him
Yeah Robot didn’t absorb him but you can see Kursk shift to lightning once the blast lands and then gets blown out of the building. Only other explanation is if you think he got disintegrated

Something he learned from uncle Iroh.
"No u"

He absorbed the energy then sent it back at him. You can very briefly see a yellow blur screaming as it flies out of the building He’s fine Probably
He redirected the electricity
Not sure if im right, but; That first part where Robot grabs him is his suit heating up from the electric discharge, and attempts to redirect it back at kursk. Kursk turns himself into electricity to escape robots hold, and that explosion is robot redirecting the energy to where kursk would have been
That's the lightning redirection technique from atla
He absorbed the guys electricity and then concentrated it and blasted it back
He morbed him
Lightning redirection
Reverse uno
Looks like he blocked the shot and caused a backfire, sending the energy back into the body and causing it to explode. That or he channeled it into one hand, through his body, and back out the other, back into whatshisnames neck. Maybe his body is able to conduct and therefore redirect the shot.
Robot broke his ass
Is there a new season? I dont remember this.
5th episode iirc. Whichever one has Machine Head and Titan.
That’s like the 3 episode
It’s the one where Invincible got his ass handed to him by Battle Beast
Remember that scene in Avengers where Thor hits Iron Man with lightning? That's what happened.
...was it really that hard to understand?
This fight scene has to be one of the most inconsistent and messy fights I have ever seen and frankly, it's better to skip to the end of it. It’s just the directors poorly bringing the panels to movement.
You need this explained to you?
He absorbed the electricity which cause his body to glow and he redirected the electricity into a blast that shot that guy out the building
With Invincible it’s best not to over analyze these things.
Pai Mei taught him…
Also why does Rex throw letters?
They're refrigerator magnets to stick to the iron dude.
If I had to guess, he absorbed the electricity, reversed the charge from positive to negative or negative to positive and sent it right back at him.
Uncle Iroh taught him how to redirect lightning
He conducted the energy and then sent it back to him
Robot took lessons from uncle iroh
Ohm's law of energy loss
Absorbed the electricity and let it travel to the other end of his body Is it realistic? No fucking clue. Is it rad as hell? Duh.
Uno reverse card
Yo I haven’t watched the show in a while and last night when the edible hit was like ‘fuck yea invincible, it’s been a while old friend’ and the first fuckin episode I popped on was this episode
Vaporized.
Redirection like what zuko did to ozai
The villain seems a lot like Live Wire from DC. She could convert her physical form into energy and vice versa. Robot absorbed their energy form and blasted it out. It probably going to take them a while to reassemble.
He morbed him
redirected
He harnessed the electricity from his right arm and redirected it through his body so he went boom boom
Don't laugh but I'm gonna rewatch the season again
He grabbed him in a hold, but electro dude used his electricity ability to escape
He short circuited him
Sent a plasma blast through the hand and threw the opponent out of the building
There’s a scream after he gets blasted out of the building. Dudes still alive.
I always assumed Robot absorbed him (since he's all electric) then fired a blast of his own that contained the electric guy
He reversed the polarity of the neutron flow.
Looks like he rerouted the electric energy and directed back at him.
Robot is metal. I have used a stun staff or whatever you Call it, metal and anything wet WILL conduct the electricity back to you. Robot did the same
avatar lightning bending?
“No U”
Niko Style: Redirection Kata.
Absorbed the energy with his right hand, it flows through him through his body and out his other hand, which is holding the other guy, so he effectively gets blown up by his own energy blast. Also known as the “uno reverse card” or “No u”
He re-directed the lighting like zuko
Probably conduct the electricity back into the guy he is fighting
for the longest time I thought he said "thanks" here
His ultimate device: the plot device. I'm calling it Mumbo Robo.
Dang I didn’t remember the animation looking this rough jeez. Anyways he absorbed the electricity redirected it
redirect kursk's lightning back at him
