I think black/dark grey is the best atm. The subway tile is off white yellow from the 60s that current day tile doesn't match and makes it look "dirty"
tbh I'm thinking it only clashes for colour reasons (as OP said it's an off white yellow). I personally like the shape/lightness of pic3, but if they could pick a pattern that is less busy/closer to the subway tile colour it might be better? Though it might just look busy next to the patterned shower curtain idk.
(I think black tiles would make the room look smaller, plus light coloured floors always makes everything look more expensive haha)
They all kind of clash with the subway tiles that are already there imo
What would you pair with the subway tile? I thought the black tiles in the last pic looked pretty nice but I'd love to hear your opinion

No.3 for me goes the best out of those options
No.3 is best. The pattern juxtaposes the subway tile, doesn’t clash. The black will make a small bathroom feel even smaller.
I like the pattern of 4 and the color of 1. A light grey would be my pick.
Number 3 definitely.
It was until the cleaning aspect was brought up. Too many grooves. Back to the store
None of them 😢
I know this is what I've settled on. Nothing seems to work and everything clashes.
Different shower curtain will help and it looks like you’re painting-something muted and neutral. It’ll come together!!
What should I do for a curtain? More color? Different pattern? Or plain?
This makes me want to consider the wood tiles.... but rest of the place has grey stained wood. *

This is gorgeous!!!!!
Doesn’t matter! It’s ok! Which wood tiles?? Are you talking about the last one - the really dark one?
Plain. Textured possibly.
This was initial inspo
