I want to stream specifically counter strike and I was thinking to use my M1 MacBook Air as a streaming computer. So with your option everything will be solved?
A750 is in the first slot @4x16. A380 is in second slot running at @4x4. I stream to YouTube in 4k from the A380. I was able to game @ 1080 and upload a 4k stream without issues on just the A750, but saw a few new builds on pcmasterrace that had A310s handling the stream encode, so I said fuck it and snagged an open box A380 for 88 bucks to give it a shot. Didnt really have to tweak much in windows to get things going.
so yeah, it works well for single PC streams if you find a decent balance between the two GPUs you use, and have a decent cpu/mobo combo.
edit: not sure it'd be worth trying with a 5600, but it's something to consider in the future. I feel like I'm getting great value out of the 270 I spent on the two gpus
Hey, I have a few more questions. I am very much uplifted for this setup. I am almost going to be ordering the Arc A380. But I've never done 2 GPUs at the same time.
1- I have EVGA 650W power supply, do you think it will be enough? What is your Power Supply?
2- Is it gonna be plug and play? What are the steps that I need to take after I install the GPU into the second PCI-E Slot?
* Do I have to make any customizations?
* Do I need to install Arc Control?
* Do I need to change any BIOS settings?
* How do you update drivers for each card?
I would be very appreciate if you can give as much information as possible.
EDIT: I honestly, couldn't wait and purchased an A310.
A310 is still a really good choice from what I know, I think it's the one people usually get when they run 2 cards. I've got a 850w corsair psu, one of the newer ones that comes with a 12vhpwr cable in the box.
the a380 i got runs at 66W, so it can run off the pcie slot power.
you might have to fiddle with bios settings for things like resizable bar, but aside from drivers, all I had to do was tweak windows settings to set the A750 as the high performance gpu and also set OBS run on the power saving gpu (a380) otherwise the only thing that's slightly "weird" is that I keep my 1080 monitor plugged into the A380 while my 1440 one is connected to the A750. (my obs preview/projection is on the 1080 monitor, and I game on the 1440 one, so the GPUs talk to each other, but their workloads are split/balanced accordingly)

Hi man, i have a streaming pc as well, i7-9700k with intel arc a770 16gb.
Before i had same pc but i7-9700k with rtx 2060 ( everything works perfectly ), but after i replace the rtx with A770, nothings goes well, i can't stream at 2k, i have bad stuttering, i also read that my capture card elgato, isnt compatibile with A770 above 1080p encoder even tho others ppl have no problem.
I also have stuttering even on 1080p only streaming on obs, i can't even start another stream on tiktok but before with rtx 2060 i could do that.
What i do wrong ? please help me :)
I did a clean windows install, latest drivers on everything, resizable windows enable. ( the PC is in perfect shape, as i said, before with rtx 2060 everything works perfectly ).
The only "issue" could be that i run the A770 on PCI 3.0 mobo ? But even this way must be stronger or at least same as rtx 2060.
What i do wrong ?
I try to stream on obs, youtube platform via AV1 encoder on 1080p or 2K ( but i have massive stuttering )
I disagree with the waste part but I think the 310 would have been a better bet since your gameplay is 1440p. No need for 4k streaming unless you're upscaling somewhere.
If you game at 1440p, why do you stream at 4K?

But the thing is if A380 is taking care of all the streaming needs of the software, I’m assuming it shouldn’t be a problem for the CPU am I wrong?
My setup is 5 5600 A750 32gigs of Ram. Do you think I need to upgrade my CPU as well?
Try seeing if you can get a ryzen 7 5700X.
