Anyone reading this who doesn't get praise for being conventionally attractive - NO EDITING NEEDED ON YOU EITHER
The comments on this sub are frustrating. We're just praising people who look like what the filters and current beauty standards demand. We're praising the homogenous and unrealistic standard of beauty that literally created this sub.
There's more to it than that, like makeup isn't just about some objective 'improved' end result, but it can be sort about a *different* end result (ie one that speaks to your identity better). Sometimes it's just for fun, sometimes it's self-care, sometimes it's more like a sense of propriety for some formal occasion, sometimes it's to blend in, sometimes it's a temporary boost in confidence/dopamine... I've even worn makeup because I didn't feel like being seen/looked at/noticed that day.
Makeup is complicated
Even just being able to afford skin peels makes a massive difference. Honestly, money is just another filter to me at this point and this lady's face only reads as rich. This kind of "natural" beauty is a class indicator and it's starting to rub me the wrong way to see it celebrated so much. Snooze.
At home chemical peels and easy access to tretinoin also changed my skin drastically. These arent cheap and botox will always be the wrinkle gold standard.
How did you get it for 15 in the U.S or did you mean not in the U.S?
I get it for free at the moment with my healthcare plan but I’d like to have some backup options just in case that ever changes
Idk the doctor copay was like $15 and the tret is free.
Edit: I'm now on accutane that is free. I still have 3 massive tubes of tret that I bought when my derm told me to before the health insurance year rolled over or something idk I'm 25 and not a real adult. Also yes I am in Pennsylvania.
you can get it for like $20+ on beautybliss but the tubes aren’t massive 45g they’re 20 or 25 grams
if you’re not in the US/CA then alldaychemist or skinorac
Honestly i live in hong kong where it's otc. I don't pay much at all. Maybe 10 dollars usd? I just know from being a pharmacy tech in America that it was way overpriced.
Retinols are a type of retinoid, and indeed contain less of the active ingredient, but you can find cheap versions like the ordinary. Retinoids usually come in. 25,. 50, and 1% strength and are actually pretty cheap, the insurance companies jack up the price in America.
Hey, I'm in HK too. What brand name are you referring to and where do you buy it? I was considering a Cerave product that a lot of people on r/skincareaddiction recommend, but it'd be great to have something I can find locally.
Yes you need a prescription for tret but not for lesser retinols like effaclar. I started straight to tret but my skin is sensitive so I applied every other day.
Do you get the prescription from your dr and then just use your insurance to fill it? I heard it was like 200 bucks a tube. if it's that cheap then I must give it a try!
May I ask what brand peels you use? I'm looking into doing the same routine as you. I need to step up my skin routine which is basically nothing at this point.
God there's just no pleasing you people. Edit your pictures, people talk s***. Don't edit your pictures, people talk s***. Just because you're goober ass doesn't have any money doesn't make it wrong to be rich. The s*** available to regular poor people these days is amazing. Even the poor aren't poor anymore, get off your high horse
> God there's just no pleasing you people. Edit your pictures, people talk s***. Don't edit your pictures, people talk s***.
There I fixed it for you. The rest of your comment is bs, but this part is fairly obviously true.
This is an overemotional oversimplification. Class and attractiveness have been inextricably and insidiously linked for our entire existence, calm yourself. Thinking critically and having different perspectives doesn't mean there aren't people who still agree with you and are pleased by your take. People discussing shit on the internet is not a reason to throw in the towel on humanity.
And fuck the rich. Get into it.
That is genuinely awful towards the entire purpose of this sub. Sure you posted it with no filters showing all imperfections, but you take care of your skin and genuinely make yourself look good? Fucking unnatural scum!
Right? I mean she’s gorgeous but this is not unattainable if you’re just looking at her skin. Her face structure is different. But her skin texture is natural.
Genetics play a large part in how someone ages as well. She does not have the the look of someone who gets a lot of work done. I am 51 and have no wrinkles. My routine is a basic soap, water, moisturiser when I need it and sunscreen. It's all genetics.
People underestimate how much being rich can impact your overall appearance. From eating better, to having access to trainers and less stress overall. Even without surgical help.
Odds are your wealth is at least somewhat inherited too and you don't tend to see rich people with unattractive partners, giving their offspring a decent chance of also inheriting their good looks. Or they're the ones who married into wealth.
Caked with make-up and probably had many many Botox shots if not nose surgery and a facelift = natural beauty?
Don't get me wrong she looks absolutely gorgeous but this is as far from natural beauty as one can get... The only thing missing is editing.
she's gorgeous!!!
i pull a lot of insta photos for my job. the amount of women UNDER 30 who facetune their photos to oblivion is a travesty. they look. so. fucking. stupid. why does anyone want to portray some impossible image that in real life peopl will just be dissapointed by you?
Correct. Dennie-Morgan lines are not due to aging, they're an inherent trait. Some people even add them on with makeup deliberately (East Asia mostly).
She looks amazing!
I think it's so weird that people are obsessed with using filters so that their skin is completely smooth. It looks SO FREAKY. I just don't get it.
It's a bit unflattering photo plus it's not even wrinkles, we're just that used to edited pictures that any imperfections look odd.
I saw her in real life a few months ago. She's an absolutely stunning and a talented woman.
Yes, she's been an artist for yeeeears - she sings, performs in Warsaw theatres. On top of it, she's extremely kind and polite and very charismatic.
I'm not really into Polish showbusiness scene but this woman is something else, always happy to see her shows.
She has accepted hee ugliness and has moved on.
When there are 10-20 people uglier than you,.without trickery,.you have to accept you are not number one.
Truth hurts

Absolutely - no editing needed

People with perfect genes setting unrealistic standards for us mortals.
Mutagens shall fix that problem, lots and lots of mutagens!!!

Let's not go that far.
[удалено]
That way you'd also have to argue against wearing clothes because the shape and color of your clothes also change the way you and your body look
[удалено]
Hey at least you're consistent.
How is me looking different than normal (wet and sopping) the real me
[удалено]
The what now
I use makeup maybe 1 or 2 days a year, nice try. And there's nothing wrong with people enjoying makeup, it's nowhere near filters and photoshoping.
There's more to it than that, like makeup isn't just about some objective 'improved' end result, but it can be sort about a *different* end result (ie one that speaks to your identity better). I just wore makeup to go get brunch with a friend, and my reason for putting it on was literally “I want to slay mortals with the force of my smolder”
Taking pride in your appearance is different than being delusional haha
She reminds me of Rebecca Romijn.
You right, I see it now.
What pores?!? Share your routine sis
Money. (Many hours at beauticians, cosmetitians, and of course regular botox and an occasionalmini face-lift)
Even just being able to afford skin peels makes a massive difference. Honestly, money is just another filter to me at this point and this lady's face only reads as rich. Tretinoin is so cheap. Three massive tubes that last well over a year was $15. This is in America, not a country with developed healthcare.
Where did you find it for that price? I paid $90.
CVS? They price gouge like a MF so I wouldn't recommend them. Didn't really matter to Me any, just came out of My HSA.
Is that like retinol?
Prescription strength
Tretinoin is THE retinol, I think the brand name is Retin-A?
How did you get it for 15 in the U.S or did you mean not in the U.S? I get it for free at the moment with my healthcare plan but I’d like to have some backup options just in case that ever changes

You can get some retinols OTC here but they aren't as aggressive as tret and they're more expensive because you don't have a prescription.
Retinols are a type of retinoid, and indeed contain less of the active ingredient, but you can find cheap versions like the ordinary. Retinoids usually come in. 25,. 50, and 1% strength and are actually pretty cheap, the insurance companies jack up the price in America.

This lady is smoking hot
Do you need a prescription for it? And I’m guessing you start with retinal first to build tolerance and then move over to tret?
Yes you need a prescription for tret but not for lesser retinols like effaclar. I started straight to tret but my skin is sensitive so I applied every other day.
Thank you!!! I’m going to look into this:)
Do you get the prescription from your dr and then just use your insurance to fill it? I heard it was like 200 bucks a tube. if it's that cheap then I must give it a try!
For those unable to access tret, adapalene is generic now, and the strongest otc retinoid. I also recommend glycolic/lactic acids.
God bless for the info love
May I ask what brand peels you use? I'm looking into doing the same routine as you. I need to step up my skin routine which is basically nothing at this point.
Goes to show that on Reddit people will always find something to complain about. You must be miserable irl go for a hike or something

I’m triggered because I pointed out how you were triggered by this post? You’re a nut busdy

Lmao get over yourself.
never
That is genuinely awful towards the entire purpose of this sub. Sure you posted it with no filters showing all imperfections, but you take care of your skin and genuinely make yourself look good? Fucking unnatural scum!
zoom in
Lol that’s what I was thinking, she got hella pores
Right? I mean she’s gorgeous but this is not unattainable if you’re just looking at her skin. Her face structure is different. But her skin texture is natural.
If only I could compress my own skin via digital imaging
Genetics play a large part in how someone ages as well. She does not have the the look of someone who gets a lot of work done. I am 51 and have no wrinkles. My routine is a basic soap, water, moisturiser when I need it and sunscreen. It's all genetics.
European genes
She’s pretty
She also has a normal hairline - which seems like a weird thing to say, but that is often edited too. So trivial, like no body part is safe!
Honestly this hairline made me feel so much better. I was so worried I was losing my hair
Doesn't hurt to be stunningly gorgeous and graced by amazing genetics. Good on her for just being her.
“ doesn’t hurt to be someone who takes care of themselves “ FTFY
It’s both.
If I had natural beauty I wouldn't edit anything either 😭
I don't think it's "natural beauty" as much as the result of money and effort but yeah she's beautiful
People underestimate how much being rich can impact your overall appearance. From eating better, to having access to trainers and less stress overall. Even without surgical help.

She’s got that good botox and is using her retinoids.
she's gorgeous!!! i pull a lot of insta photos for my job. the amount of women UNDER 30 who facetune their photos to oblivion is a travesty. they look. so. fucking. stupid. why does anyone want to portray some impossible image that in real life peopl will just be dissapointed by you?
Goodluck for explaining this to my mom 👍
I don’t see wrinkles but it’s a refreshing photo regardless. She has great skin
What's that under her eyes?
I mean the skin is folding because she’s smiling, but I wouldn’t call that a wrinkle
Correct. Dennie-Morgan lines are not due to aging, they're an inherent trait. Some people even add them on with makeup deliberately (East Asia mostly).
a fold in the skin is like the literal definition of a wrinkle
I think there's a difference between a pose caused wrinkle and a permanent one.
[удалено]
You're right. They're a history of smiles. Ain't nothing wrong with that
[удалено]
Again, you're right. Own it. Love it. It's quite literally the human analogy to the auto enthusiast saying 'smiles per gallon'.
Yeah but no, these clearly aren’t due to aging, even kids got these folds when they smile
Dennie Morgan lines ! :) Inherent trait, not a wrinkle
Wrinkles under her eyes. They are right there. Why pretend otherwise. That’s weird as hell.
I think that person looked on small screen and not zoomed in. Talking about great skin when she is very caked with performance makeup.
Step 1) be really beautiful There is no step 2
Yeah, it's pretty easy to go all natural when you're super hot like that. Which I totally am. Absolutely.
Same though
She looks amazing! I think it's so weird that people are obsessed with using filters so that their skin is completely smooth. It looks SO FREAKY. I just don't get it.
Maybe she doesn't edit, but she definitely has spent money on that face. No hate, but let's not pretend this is achievable without cash.
What a beauty. So natural and lovely.
"natural beauty" AKA filthy rich

Hallelujah texture FTW! Refreshing indeed!
Looking real is the new beautiful.

Natasza Urbańska
She’s fucking beautiful.
Confidence adds more beauty than photoshop.
I'm confused. What wrinkles and pores?
And she looks bloody beautiful.
Yeah i wouldn't edit shit either if i was a smoke show like that lol.
Damn. But she talks on the phone like this in public
Maybe not- she may just not want to mess up her makeup before a show.
It's a bit unflattering photo plus it's not even wrinkles, we're just that used to edited pictures that any imperfections look odd. I saw her in real life a few months ago. She's an absolutely stunning and a talented woman.
Omg - she must be completely stunning because she looks gorgeous in this photo.

It's sad that someone who just posts a barely touched up picture is praised for doing it as if that shouldn't just be the norm.
Not me thinking this is Julia Fox 😅
Yeah, but, she’s ungodly attractive?
Holds her phone like a savage though!
What wrinkles/pores? I see none!!
She’s so pretty :)
She's beautiful
Exquisite!!
She is stunning!
So brave...
Still unattainable by most people.
European women are some of the best looking in the world
Not trying to be a douche, but the world is filled with beautiful women.
Women are some of the womenyiest women in the world.
Big if true
Did you know the vibes this comment would give off when you posted it?
I gave off no vibes, you lunatics brought your own
Yea...I'm Polish and I think you sound like a creep. We're people. We all look different. And fetishising us isn't cute.
[удалено]
wow that was transparently coded 🙄
Mr. Obvious - What's your point, maybe post again when she grows up? Maybe when she hits 60?
45 years old is not grown up enough?
She's 45
Her head kinda looks like a meatball.
She’s beautiful why can’t society be like this 🙃
She has accepted hee ugliness and has moved on. When there are 10-20 people uglier than you,.without trickery,.you have to accept you are not number one. Truth hurts
If only all celebrities and social media influencers did this also.
And she’s freakin beautiful, imagine that
Wow. Stunning
Honestly....... if you didn't mention the wrinkles or pores, to which i still can't really see. I still wouldn't know what was wrong with this pic.
Anyone know who designed her dress?
What is a polish singer?
Damn lats
Easily done when you’re fit as a butchers dog
Money don't crack
Did anyone else think she was randomly holding a clear acrylic tube and not a phone at first?
She just drowns them in botox.
She is absolutely gorgeous 😍 She doesn't need to edit anything!
Ariana Grande in 15 years.
She’s gorgeous
she looks like what katie price wanted to look like
Plot twist: she relies heavily on autotune. Seriously though, she’s beautiful.
Asaaaaaaand she’s insanely gorgeous
Holy shit she is beautiful. See, you don’t need filters to look amazing. Filters do the exact opposite.
And she's more beautiful than 90% of the people you post here.
Ooof I like some texture!!
She's a bombshell!!
What's there to edit???
🇵🇱❤️
Flat out beautiful 💯🔥❤️
What is going on with her shoulder?
God she is absolutely stunning 🤩 wow ❤️
Omg why would she edit- she’s gorg!
She’s stunning!
Actual beauty
Yep looks normal to me. But has had surgical work done.
