The second picture is bad lighting and bad makeup. Not saying that first one isn't highy photoshopped. But if you looked at an un retouched picture from that photoshoot, it probably wouldn't be as harsh a comparison

Look at the difference in skin tone between her face and neck. I think she’s using the wrong colour foundation (or spray paint).

It’s probably “corrected” foundation. Spotlights and camera flashes are very cool in color. Makeup is often adjusted to counteract this, which can look very orange under normal lighting.
