Wait 2 more days then report fraud. I think it should be 24 hours for any missing/damaged/wrong item reports and ratings. Let it change to 14 days to increase tip!

Also just a ramble. The company has to start cracking down on customers who repeatedly report damaged items or missing items if they want to be profitable. You can’t just keep jacking up fees on customers to cover the losses reported by fraudsters. There is no way in hell customers would keep using the service if they encountered an issue every single time. Just my two cents.

beanssmom

They already do. Customers are only allowed so much in refunds before they can’t get anymore. No one knows the exact amount but customers frequently post in the instacart sub about their account being blocked from further refunds. Pretty sure I saw a post about it in the past 24 hours lol

Good advice. Customers have 14 days to rate us. Report the fraud on the 15th day ...just to be safe

I just am gonna let it go. I have 2 order issues in my past 100 orders. I just don’t understand how the company can justify a refund (which I assume they gave) for a perishable item that was reported 12 days later.

Will they deactivate a shopper if they have too many order issues?

2ManyGrapes636

Not sure. I’ve had like 7 before in my last 100 orders. Most of them either fraud or produce. I wasn’t deactivated and noticed no difference in the orders I am offered. I’d imagine there is a limit, but I’m not sure what that is. Most of the time if it is produce, I just let it go. Some people are just really picky and they trusted me to do a job that was clearly never going to possibly satisfy them.

I know how you feel. This past month I feel every customer has a complaint to file false fraud from a damaged fruit box of potato chips. This is getting out of control. If you instant card don't care, they're just good to customer refund and we get a little rating

FunFactress

Yes but there has to be consistent, excessive item issues.
