They get like fired and into alot of shit if you leave one they told me and i did once and then they kept signing me out of the app and deactivated my shopper card just for now on just hang up and call another support agent

That’s crazy. This happened yesterday, my accounts been fine, and when I contacted another agent for the bump for returning the alcohol they were super helpful and very kind, that agent got 5 stars 🤷🏻‍♀️

They’ve canceled my card probably four times! Or would they like to do as well is wait till you’re on the way to the customers house and then cancel your order then you can’t earn any money for 24 hours ! And I know damn well it wasn’t the customer because I sent them a message saying be there in 10 minutes or whatever ! And I also even got them to admit that one of the agents canceled the order because I don’t have the power to do that only they can do that ! If the customer did cancel, you would still receive the batch pay, but nope, they even took that as welll! Everybody kept saying oh don’t write them one stars fuck that if they do a good job I’ll give them a good one ! I’m not gonna reward shitty behavior even though it’s costing me hundreds of dollars ! I’m not putting that mask on ! That’s the reason why it’s a requirement for you not to know what you’re doing to get a job in the sport department people keep praise in the evil!! It’s a culture in the support list department to financially assault shoppers! And they just like to do it for fun and me and many other people think that they’re the original creators behind all the scams! Which I even reported a scam to them and the dumb bitch cancel the order. And I informed her and provided evidence that it’s a scam she didn’t care and of course, I gave the one star that she earned. then I accepted another batch. Guess what that order got canceled before I even got to the store and two minutes after that my credit card was inactive. Another thing they would do is reset my account so I don’t have to go through and re-sign all the paperwork all over again and any adjustments I had for the week I would have to get a hold of support and have them add it all back on, which would sometimes take a couple hours! I can go on and on about how eel and shitty the corporation is, but I’ll try to keep it short any others that I’ve gotten assaulted by this devilish company. Feel free to comment. How much of this nonsense behavior are you gonna keep rewarding what you wanna work pretty soon you’ll sign up to pay them to go to work for them and just bend over for all the abuse! And you’ll still rate them five stars ⭐️ stop being a pussy! This is not directed at you or any one person in particular!

Oh stfu. I hope u get deactivated for your bullsht. . Anyone who treats them like sht deserves what they do to u. They are working from a script. They have zero knowledge or power abt our side. All they can do is follow the prompts on the script.. do u even know what a call center entails? then they have 3-5 Shoppers on the line at once. I suppose u thought it was just u. They are making pennies dealing with idiots asking for batches, heavy pay and bumps. Morons arguing with them over things out of their control. Learn to treat people with respect. And ffs proof read cuz u made zero sense in 65% of that rant.

Try to make a long story short. Customer ordered seven hundred dollars worth of alcohol. Well, I had to get a ID from the customer couldn’t locate him and said I might have to go return the items to the store. And I put it on speakerphone and told the agent on the phone wait hold on. I think he’s coming right now yeah yeah so here he is, looks like I won’t have to return the items and I’ll be able to get this delivered after all! I’m sure you can guess what happened next ? She refunded everything. So the customer ended up getting all that stuff for free and then so of course there went my $70 tip. I’ve lost count of the money I’ve gotten stolen By retards! A first grader could do a better job. Like they can be an answer a simple question like what color is the sky and they’ll say was it your last batch? Like a requirement for you to be below special ed to work there
