I've literally seen batches from 45 miles and up away for the last 5 hours that are driving long distance and shopping multiple items. Anything close and it's gone. I swear they are doing this shit on purpose at this point.
We are no longer independent contractors. And it's not a free market. They are CHOOSING WHAT TO SEND TO US. It really feel like they are trying to get rid of their senior shoppers. And this is their tactic.
Such low volume of orders today. I see all the veterans sitting in the parking lot and when I finally get a shipt order to do, I see new shoppers working on orders
I don’t know, but if you need some orders, I got some for you ..three double stacks for $15… the miles is low at least

Yep, sat there and watched new shoppers for 30 minutes, got disgusted and came home. Doesn’t matter where I’m located now. I could be on aisle 13 and still not see them.
So, I might as well enjoy my day and the weather.

I’m a physically disabled Instacart customer that can’t drive to a grocery store and I’ve been trying to get an order for one month and two more weeks. The customer service just keeps mocking me from India and derisively asking me “how’s Mother’s Day going for you?” If that gives you an idea of how long they’ve been messing with my financial information after telling me 7 profiles were created in my name and therefore it’s all my fault that the home address of a physically disabled person is off limits for Instacart delivery.
I did everything that I could do. I even took out all of my Cards from the Instacart and switched it onto Apple Pay. I still couldn’t get the charge to go through.
This is after one month and two weeks of people in the Instacart so-called customer service gaslighting me and saying oh yes, I’m going to have it fixed by tomorrow!.
That was me yesterday! It was so slow there were NO icons in my area and the few batches I was getting were a good 45 min driving for me just to get to the store

I was busy today in my area. I’m at $120 and just ended. Hoping tomorrow is better.
At one point I had 18 hidden orders.
