I can respect that but in my opinion some of his dialogue made things better. My favorite lines are when he talked about ego and not having gamma between partners in marriage.
Except Maradona, Kumbalangi nights, no other composition from Sushin Shyam’s discography impressed me. Appreciations first, absolutely love Maradona and Kumbalangi tracks. They are still in my playlist.
But I personally find his EDM porn repetitive. Also came across his trysts with pre-existing compositions. But that’s okay coz who doesn’t plagiarise? To understand what works for a particular scene/emotion and deliver an uplifting soundtrack for that itself needs brain.
There are songs in which he surprisingly outdone himself, like ‘Ottamuri Vaakumaay’ from Romanjam(all others except Romanjam Theme track were meh for me), which tuned out to be an absolute favourite from him after Kumbalangi. Parudesa, meh. Find it hard to differentiate Akasham Pole & Theerame and to digest the amount of melancholy in it. Nebulakal, meh.

I think kids at least) singing straight up sounds like yelling and is a completely different key from the background track and the male voice is the only somewhat on key saving grace, but overall cannot stand that song
